Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below. It was a complex problem but he initially installed the roof incorrectly there were low patches that pooled water and needed to be built up he used a hand sander to grind off some of the paint that the other contractor had put on then he sprayed the foam over dirty sections to build up the roof so it would not pool but admitted that this was a temporary fix until he could get the proper machine to Scarf the whole roof down and reapply the spray foam insulation. The first repair that he did was in late fall and said it was temporary until he could get the right equipment the second repair that he did was after the other contractor damage the roofHe repaired it again in the late fall the weather was not right and the paint that he used on top of his repair washed off by the fall dewat this point he stopped returning my calls and text he stopped communicating with the spray from supplier and left me to find someone else to fix his mess(I am happy to send you the spay foam suppliers contact information and he can confirm what a disaster this has been)When the new contractors came to repair the roof they had to remove multiple layers of failed roofing that had gotten wet because of incorrect installation of the foam and bare spots where the paint had run off due to installing in cold-weatherI have photographs of the damage and the layers of foam that were installed incorrectly because of his lack of knowledge of how a foam roof is installed.Between the two contractors sloppy work I had to spend $to repair the roof Regards, [redacted]

The customer allowed a third party to place scaffolding on to of the roof without a proper set up thus cousing the damage on the roof also the third party installed a incorrect type of sealant to fix the damage his scaffold had caused Boston insulation is not responsible for other people

The first repair that he did was in late fall and said it was temporary until he could get the right equipment the second repair that he did was after the other contractor damage the roof. He repaired it again in the late fall the weather was not right and the paint that he used on top of his repair washed off by the fall dew. at this point he stopped returning my calls and text he stopped communicating with the spray from supplier and left me to find someone else to fix his mess. (I am happy to send you the spay foam suppliers contact information and he can confirm what a disaster this has been)When the new contractors came to repair the roof they had to remove multiple layers of failed roofing that had gotten wet because of incorrect installation of the foam and bare spots where the paint had run off due to installing in cold-weatherI have photographs of the damage and the layers of foam that were installed incorrectly because of his lack of knowledge of how a foam roof is installed.Between the two contractors sloppy work I had to spend $9000 to repair the roof.
