The Area Manager has confirmed that he did speak with the Guest on April 12th, and the issue has been resolved to the Guest's satisfaction

While the request for the refund was submitted for processing on 1/2/18, our accounting department has confirmed with [redacted] that the credit did not post to the guest's account until 1/10/ The guest's [redacted] account should now reflect a credit for the full amount of purchase - $

We have submitted a request for additional information, and I have been notified by the Revdex.com Dispute Resolution Senior Coordinator that our request has been forwarded to the guest for response. The guest did not include the location of the Boston Market restaurant visited on 9/9/

Andreas Tricouros, Area Manager responsible for the NYC area restaurants, contacted the guest, and has offered a complimentary meal to the guest at a restaurant of his choosing, to allow Boston Market the opportunity to meet and exceed the guest's expectations, and retain his valued patronage.

The Area Manager has confirmed that he did speak with the Guest on April 12th, and the issue has been resolved to the Guest's satisfaction.

A replacement gift card in the amount of $25.00 has been forwarded to Mr. [redacted].

The Complainant's complaints have been addressed by the Area Manager responsible for the restaurant.  Boston Market strives to provide a great experience for our guests, and appreciates any and all feedback that will help us reach this goal.  A refund check in the amount $20.40...

will be forwarded to the Complainant's address noted in the complaint.  We were unable to credit the Complainant's credit card without additional information.
