Review: After leaving an event at Lincoln center we soon discovered on 9/**/13 Horrible customer service when problems occur and calling back to the store no one answer phone just rings cant get issues resolve

when young man did answer phone he placed me on hold never to return back to phone after 6 calls over a 4 days period

chicken was over done excessively dry potatoes sides were half fill maybe 2/3 filled in two of the containers gravy were left outDesired Settlement: refund or replaxcement
