We have conducted a thorough investigation and our decision regarding her complaint stands Ms [redacted] reacted favorably to free amenities sent to her room on her wedding night and posted a photo of what had been provided onto the internet with a heart at the end of the message The next day, she sent a written complaint to the hotel and the hotel responded appropriately with more free offerings which were once again received favorably She then used the complimentary gift certificate that we offered as part of her compensation but Ms [redacted] complained again after using the certificate when she couldn’t get a free dinner or free champagne The hotel has already expended $and offered numerous apologies and the hotel stands by the original Revdex.com response

Thank you for contacting the Boston Park Plaza regarding Mr. [redacted].  After an investigation into his complaint, I have determined that his reservation for July 13th was reserved through HotelBeds after they had been informed that our hotel room inventory was cut-off for that arrival...

date.Because they sold him a room that was never available in the first place Mr. [redacted] was found a room at another property.  I can understand why Mr. [redacted] is upset.  HotelBeds made a reservation without actually having a room available with us to sell.  Please convey our apologies to him and should he have plans to return to the area in the future, I would be happy to assist with his reservation to ensure that his stay is a satisfactory one. Sincerely, [redacted]Executive Office Administrator

Unlike [redacted], [redacted],etc..which are chains, thus having a corporate office & upper management to hold them accountable for misrepresentation, incidents or unhappy guests. They'll do whatever it takes to avoid a refund.
