First off, I must say, I can’t believe all the false accusations and lies that are coming from a devoted Christian man that [redacted] claims to be… #1 in response to your Revdex.com complaint… The plumber that I hired to do the work was a professional licensed Union plumber (30 years experience); that to...

me, as a contractor, is sufficient enough for me to hire to do the plumbing work. As, for the drain vent, I have told you on at least 3 occasions (because my professional plumber told me to tell you) to purchase the part, according to the contract, I am only responsible for labor and equipment. You have the defective part that my professional plumber told me to tell you to return the part (that you currently have) and notify me as soon as you have the part and my plumber and myself will show up to install the new vent. This was unacceptable to you for some reason or another; but the fact of the matter is that we have been waiting for you to purchase the new vent and contact us (simple matter). I had tried to return the part (being a nice guy), but you have the receipt and Lowe’s would not exchange the vent without a receipt (You already knew this, I told you). #2 in response to your Revdex.com complaint… According to [redacted], he claims to owe me $50.00 But, the fact of the matter is, on the day you were to give me the final check (12/21/17), you owed me $1363.33 and you had decided that I wasn’t going to receive a check, unless it was for a less amount and unless I signed my own paperwork claiming so… (I’m not sure, but that may be illegal [redacted]); (I owed the plumber and the floor installer, was I not supposed to receive a check ($1000.00) the final day and not pay these guys because [redacted] decides to change his mind and not pay me the full amount? Plus you owe me for 2 ad-ons that you claim are not. I’m sorry, but modifying kitchen cabinets ($45.00) IS in-fact an ad-on whether you believe so or not.  Installing granite supports ($25) is extra too. You have been billed for these and you still refuse to pay what is initially due. I also forgot to ad on the rest of the 2 delivery charges (11/27/17) for sheetrock and plywood delivery, and on 12/2/17 Tile delivery… according to contract you still owe me $50 toward these deliveries; you had only paid a partial amount at the time billed. Total amount due: $483.33 According to contract, I do not have to do any more work until the installment has been paid. Payable by money order only made out to [redacted], prior to finishing the work.
