*** can say what ever he wants, I will never belive any of it ever again you have lost all credability with meIf you want to sue then go right ahead but be prepared for the hammer to come down on you, first of all I have nothing to do with the *** content nor have I ever made any deragatory remarks about his wife, and yes I am very upset as to how you handled my car it is times worse than when I left it to you and you have not only cost me a sale of this vehilce but now I have to spend twice my budget just to get it back to where it was before you touched itThat said, I am over you and your nonsenseBut I will tell you this if I ever recieve any subpoena or letter from any attorney representing you or anyone affiliated with you I will send my team a go ahead call and we can go to court and fight it out all you want, you do not know who I am or who my family is it would be in your best interst not to make those types of threats to me
You have many other disgrunteld clients and employees to worry about as far as court and lawsuits, I would hate to see you lose it all over what was my despairnot only that *** I have thousands of documents, phone conversations, text messages and emails with direct quotes from you and your staff regarding my car, all of which has been catogorized, recorded and awaits you court fight if you so choose to go that path
I allowed you many opportunities to make things right, even the state of *** BAR and district attornyes office said I was too kind to you and recomended I pull my car from your grasp months before I even filed a complaint with them based on the amount of complaints currently piling up, you should truly think about what you say to some when covering one lie for anotherI pateintly waited throught the holidays out of respect to you and your family before even trying to get a status update on my carI worked with you on the written estimte which took you months to generate! even after all of that and all the lies I still was willing to give you a chance and would have even allowed you to go over your deadline by some if you had just started work on the car when you said you were, after the 100th lie enough was enough.
This business has a body panel part of mine that they have not returend valued at $If this business feels they do not have this part or is claiming I never gave it to them then maybe they should re read the original compaint and respond to that in stead of making futile threats.

Yes the customer is correct. We acknowledge a refund is in order. This will take some time, but we will notify him when the refund is on its way.

Some of what this customer is saying is true and some is not. I can tell he is emotionally upset and just venting in his report. Rather then trying to argue and dispute all of the incorrect accusations I am just going to make this statement. As I have told all of my customers, the better business...

bureau, and the bureau of automotive repair last year (2015) I lost complete control of my business. I grew way to fast in the last three years and due just could never find reliable employees who could get the work completed timely or at the level I normally deliver. I have been in business for 28 years and have never had any quality or time frae issues until the expansion of the last few years. Every car I brought in was in good fait and I had planned to deliver the quality and experience that I built my excellent reputation on. By the time I figured out that I had lost control it was just to late. In November 2015 I fired 20 employees and moved my shop to a better location closer to my home. Now we are running on a small crew of 8 people. The 8 people who I kept are the same people that have been with me for a decade plus. We are now back to turning out excellent work in good time, but there are many clients like [redacted] who are just way back on the list. Right now I have 2 years worth of work in house. Some people will patiently wait and get excellent work, some won and they will consider themselves victims, and I guess that is a pretty accurate description. They are victims of mysituation, but not my intent. I never meant to hurt anyone. I would have had zero problem refunding [redacted] his deposit (which by the way is perfectly legal to collect, It is however illegal to start work without an estimate in place) and any damages he felt he is due. I am currently making payments to 3 other clients who's cars went home in a similar fashion. Now I am not willing since I have hired a lawyer and am filing a lawsuit for "Libal" within the next 30-45 days due to many incorrect and slanderous things that [redacted] and a few others posted all over the internet. [redacted] even posted a broad criminal history report that shows many crimes and convictions that are not mine (and a few minor ones that are mine), photos of cars that are not even associated with my shop or are not my clients saying that they are my clients. He called me and my wife (who I don't think he has even met) vicious names. You can contact [redacted] in [redacted] to verify the lawsuit for over $1,000,000 that will be filed. I have already paid the attorney retainer and filing fees. We hired a Internet Forensic Company that has already identified IP addresses and are just waiting for their final report to include it as discovery in the civil complaint.
