Review: On 9/**/14, Arrived at MCA Car Wash & Super Lube [redacted], as indicated on the business card handed over by the police. [redacted], as shown on the location door. [redacted], pulled up on Revdex.com. Before entering the car wash, car wash handlers pushed in my rear view mirrors with force, then proceeded to clean. Upon the completion of the cleaning, I walked to the car, and after getting adjusted, I realized that they adjusted back my right side rear view mirror, and completely not my left side rear view mirrors. I attempted to adjust the mirror myself, and realized that left it turned in because it was now broken. I called one of the washers, he looked at it and adjusted it and walked away. I went inside the lady at the from desk, called the [redacted]. He looked at it, touched it, adjusted it, and said he's not doing anything about it. I had to call the police, so I could have the event document appropriately as I was going to pursue legal action. I got the business card of the car wash, and was told the first step is the Better Business Burea, then I should proceed from there.Desired Settlement: I want/ed the [redacted] to assist in repairing the mirror.
