I am sorry that Mrs*** feels like we overcharged her The problem Mrs *** had in was not the same issue she was having this time Her issue in was the freezer section was not cooling, her evaporator was frozen over due to a defrost terminator part # (7015935)
and a defrost evaporator heater (***) out My technician at that time had to defrost the evaporator, there was inches of ice on evaporator and replace parts.Mrs*** complaint 11/was the ice maker was not making ice and water was frozen solid in bin My technician determined that the drain heater kit part # (***) was out, her ice maker was frozen over and the water ran down onto shelves and floor of freezer, he had to remove around lbs of ice from the freezer I have contacted Mrs*** to explain that she was having a different issue, but she was not willing to let me explain the situation and hung on me. We feel that the labor rate is justified, our technicians are very experienced and knowledgeable and can do the job in less time than with a company that is not knowledgeable with this product.Thank You,Mona M***K & N Service, Inc
