what liars those people @ Segway are!!! I Did Not book the tour and found out viaemail that there was a reservation!!Fraud on there part!I personally should have sign this & also my Husband asked for the persons name so I could have it on record he did not intimidate anyone!!

We refused to be called liars when we have evidences and supporting documents that validate why we declined the cancellation of her tourCustomers need not to sign anything in order to agree to our cancellation policyAs stated on our website: "BY BOOKING YOU ARE AGREEING WITH AND HAVE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS".The credit card being stolen is a fabricated story this customer came up with as a way to try and get out our policy simply because she wants to cheat her way out of taking responsibility for her actionsNote that on her first call she said they wanted to cancel their tour because they changed their mindsThat statement alone proves that they know they booked a tour - so their claims of fraud is not true

On 8/4/17 at 5:45PM, we received a booking for a 1-hour Segway tour under the name of [redacted]. The tour is for 8/6/17 for 3 people at 1:00PM. We use Xola as our reservation system and their platform is designed to tell us how the booking was made. In this case, the booking was...

completed through her mobile phone. See Screenshot #1. The next day, 8/5/17, our front desk personnel received a phone call from [redacted] wanting to cancel their tour. When asked why they need to cancel, [redacted] said "they changed their minds". Our front desk personnel politely explained our 48 hour cancellation policy. See Screenshot #2. This is stated on our website under the FAQ page. Customers who book online has to pass this policy before they can book a tour. Furthermore, these terms are included in the booking confirmation they received. [redacted] then asked for a supervisor. This time both she and her husband were on the phone. They said they will just call their credit card company to dispute the charge so they can get a refund. We explained to them again that when they booked online they agreed to the terms of our cancellation policy. The husband started to intimidate my staff over the phone by asking his name, address and phone number - as if wanted to start a fight. The call got disconnected while they were attempting a 3-way call with their credit company. A few hours later, [redacted] called back and came up with a different story. She said someone stole her credit card and booked the tour. This makes no sense as how would the person who stole her card have her complete name, phone number and email address - all of which are in her booking confirmation. And if they didn't book the tour, they should have had notified us of this upon receipt of the email confirmation that same day. She ended the conversation after calling her out with the discrepancies in her statement. Her complaint is completely false. They are liable to attend to the tour they booked and abide by its terms and conditions.
