Boston Smile Center Reviews (3)

At our last meeting which was the second of two included visits to adjust any sore spots the customer brought up the concern that “the teeth were too big” I recall that this was the first time she expressed this issue Prior to finalization of the partial she consented to the appearance and approved the fabrication As a result I was taken by surprise when at the second adjustment visit she commented about the size of the teeth At that moment I really didn’t know what possible options she had at this late stage I told her that adjusting the size of the teeth after the partial had been finalized would be irreversible She was adamant about her concern and I was at a loss at what to suggest The discussion became contentious I would suggest that she return to calmly discuss the concern to see if something can be done We will need to work together because every effort was made to replicate the size of her existing partial denture teeth; understanding that they are old and worn Also that the anatomy of her mouth in the area of the missing teeth is not the same as it was when her original partial was made Many things have changed over the years I want her to be happy but there are limitations as what I can do I look forward to another meeting

As per our conversation, thank you for your assistance in response to this matterMy apologies for not, responding soonerI have been away fulfilling my commitmentsI will accept Dr ***’s resolveHowever, I must reiterate, two thingsThe first is that the discussion was contentious because Dr *** rudely walked away and at his departure, I left visibly shakenSecondly, as I did with Dr *** in our initial consultation, I only want what is closely comparable to my present partial coloring, details and necessary adjustments to my current situation regarding my mouthMy present partial represents most what my natural teeth looked likeHaving stated this, I only want a replicaI am well aware and realize that things have changed in my mouth and no one knows better than I do the condition and circumstances surrounding my mouthThe adjustment visits referred to in his response were intenseI did not expect to have the adjustments that were needed as the partial irritated my gums and I had to take more time to give my gums time to recover, they were painful and swollenWe are all human here and I do not expect perfectionI do expect for the monies paid a quality product that I am happy withIn my initial consultation with Dr ***, I explained explicitly what I was looking forAnd yes I did approve with Dr ***’s assurance that I would not have big teethI have had previous problems and he assured me he could deliverI have not used the partial and am presently wearing my old broken oneDue to my current schedule and commitments, I will not be able to contact Dr *** until after Labor DayI would ask that we bring this process not an expedient resolve conducive to completion
