To Whom it may concern:My name is [redacted] ***, I am owner of Success Driving School Sorry I was missing an E-Mail from you last week due to busy scheduleYesterday I got a complaint message by [redacted] *** That isn't truly story I would like to tell the true story as bellowing:First, According State Law, every JOL student must complete the driver education program includes: hours classrooms; hours behind the wheel; hours observation; hours parent class; if any student finishes the ED program, our school will double check all paper works that is completed, after we will send out a complete form to RMV in order to get the student's certification We don't have any reason that don't send out the form.Second, when [redacted] ***'s mother came to our school to talk about that on 09/27/2017, I got the all information from her daughter, and collect all papers for her, we send out the requesting letter to RMV on 10/02/2017,(9/30,10/are weekend), RMV got the letter on 10/06/2017, they approved on 10/16/17, they usually do the process for two weeksYou can see the RMV record as bellowing (www.massrmv.com, after click "check A Driver's ED certificate, you are find out the information):Transaction ID: [redacted] 10/16/2017Your Driver's Ed Certificate of completion was recorded on our database on 10/6/If you meet all JOL requirements, you may contact the RMV Telephone Center ( [redacted] ) during business hours to book your road test or [redacted] anytime for our automated exam schedulingIf your driving school will sponsor you for your road test, contact them directly to have your road test scheduled via your schoolPlease print this screen for your recordsIf you require assistance, please contact Customer Service.Third, no one is perfect, anyone will learn from mistake Our school did the right thing for this students This student's mother's desired settlement is very rough, she thinks if some schools has a mistake should be shut down the business I strong disagree it!
