To Whom It May Concern On 07/03/we did get a request for a transfer form *** to Boston South End with a request "Please pick up at *** *** at the *** Business SchoolPassengers will have luggage" We did accept the reservation On the day of the pick up we did send one
our driver over the *** however once's Mr ***, Chauffeur , arrived at the *** he was told by the *** Security Officer , that he couldn't driver thru "The passenger had to come to the Pick Up Location at the security Gate " The message was send to the passenger thru text message and phone call as well The Passenger *** Driver ,refuse to walk to the security mr *** did send a text message at 10:Am saying he was at the pick location determined by the *** SecurityIn those day's , especially been day after the Nice Attack in France we need to follow the Security Protocol at all means with out excused We did call many times trying to work way to get the passenger, but she refused and decided to take a cab with was park next to our Car Been said I did charge $for the cost of the transfer and cancel he second run they had Reservation with us for late on on the same dayWe did received a many email form *** *** and we did try to explain the facts ,she was very aggressive in request the refund.We work with all the efforted to make sure we do our job and get paid for it , but we need to follow the rules and direction by the Local Authorities .
