Yes the insurance have received the claims and I actually received a EOB in the mail today on the claimsThank you so much for your helpI honestly think if I didn't contact Revdex.com that I would still be going in circles

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me once the claims have been processed correctly with insurance and paid. I have been told numerous times the claims have been mailed. I called my insurance this morning 08/06/2014 and they have not yet received the claims. The last time I spoke with Bostwick they still did not have the right address and the representative was writing the address on a sticky note and she would give it to the gentleman sending the claim. I just hope the sticky note made it to the correct person so the claims will be sent to the correct address for payment (the correct address is also on the back of my card).  I have also given Bostwick Labs a fax number they can fax the claims to for quicker service. I was told one day the fax was sent and then the next day there was an error. The actions are not matching up with what I am being told. I am as of yet UNSATISFIED!!

sans-serif;">We have received your letter in regards to ID [redacted].  Please be advised that we have submitted the three claims mentioned in the patient’s complaint to the correct payor.  We have faxed the claims to a direct fax number in the claims department as well as mailed them to the carrier.  I have contacted the insurance carrier to confirm if the claims have been received.  As of this date, they have not received our claims.  I am working directly with one of the claim’s representatives to determine what the issue is.  Please be aware that we are doing everything in our power to get this issue resolved with the insurance carrier.  I will be in constant contact with the insurance carrier to ensure that the claims are processed correctly.

Review: On 02/28/13 I Had medical test done by doctor and BOSTWICK LABS did the billing for the test, NO issues there.ON 8/16/13 Got bill from BOSTWICK and called s/w [redacted] I question the entire bill. On 2/28/13 code 81479 UNLISTED MOLECULAR PATHOLOGY $440.00, 06/12/13 [redacted])ADJUSTMENT -$265.00. SO MY balance to pay was $175.00. I told [redacted] why I have to pay $175.00 this is out of network my MAX is $35.00. [redacted] said she will get back to me. [redacted] NEVER called back.On 9/10/13 got 2nd bill fr BOSTWICK, I called s/w [redacted] said shecan see [redacted] NOTES and will have [redacted] call me back. [redacted] Again NEVER called back.10/17/13 got THIRD & FINAL NOTICE from BOSTWICK. So Instead I called [redacted] AND S/W [redacted], I TOLD [redacted] THE whole story, he said he will get back to me. On 10/22/13 [redacted] first they never paid any $265.00 ADJUSTMENT. [redacted] denied the claim that BOSTWICK SEND THEM BECAUSE of the code of the procedure was in question. [redacted] said that BOSTWICK WILL RESUBMIT WITHIN 20 days again a new EOB and I will receive a new EOB. NOW on 11/12/13 a DEBT COLLECTION company from (941)914-9985 called me, a lady name [redacted] question why I have not paid the $175.00, SO I explained the WHOLE STORY to her. She said she will send email to BOSTICK to asked what is going on. I told her BOSTWICK Should have never send collection procedures to your debt company, she did somewhat agreed after my long story.ALSO ON 11/12/13 I Called BOSTWICK S/W [redacted], I TOLD HER THE WHOLE STORY, she said BOSTWICK NEVER RESUBMITTED NEW EOB to [redacted], so I told her BOSWICK Should not have sent this to collection. [redacted] SAID she will give this to her supervisor and supervisor is only one to email collection company to have them stop the calls. [redacted] PROMISED ME A CALL BACK, Again NO call back from BOSTWICK.I DID what I had to do, I got a bill, I questioned it, twice and infact3 times, BOSTWICK IS DEFINITELY at fault and now I am at the mercy of them sending notification to the collection agency.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

I want the COLLECTION calls to PLEAE STOP. BOSTWICK should have neversent my information to the collection agency. They BOSTWICK made the errorwhen sending services to blue cross & blue shield, but BOSTWICK sent me 3 statements indicating [redacted] paid them. [redacted] has never paid them. I need 3rd party intervention so as not to be a victim of DEBT collectioncalls I want that to please stop, I told BOSTWICK to tell their collectioncompany they use to P

Review: I Have been trying to get Bostwick lab to file my insurance claim to the correct address. There are 3 outstanding claims that need to be filed with my insurance. One claim is from February 2013, one is from April and one June 2014. I have called numerous times and even spoke with an office manager on how to file the claim. Since my insurance is out of network they need to send it to a different address which is printed on the back of my card and I have told them numerous times! I even offered to file it myself and the cannot let me. I do not want to be suck paying thousands of dollars for 3 claims that I should only have to pay $35 for each claim. When I call the billing department they are rude to me and I am only trying to get these claims paid for so I am not stuck with the bill. It seems they do not care about their customers. Its to the point where I am wanting to change doctors (which I dont want to because I like this doctor) because I do not want to have to go through this every time I have something done.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to submit the claim correctly (send to the correct address) to my insurance so I am not stuck with a large bill. I want them to file it before my insurance denies the claim due to timly filling.

Review: I had a biopsy in January 2014 and Bostwick billed me in March. I wasn't sure if my insurance deductible had been met so I paid it. Days later I found my [redacted] supplement had paid already. So, on March 17 I phoned, spoke to [redacted], and explained I had made an overpayment and should be reimbursed. She acknowledged it and said it would be a few weeks. By mid July no reimbursement. I emailed the billing department. [redacted]. emailed an apology and said my request had been given to manager [redacted]. By mid September, still no reimbursement. On Sep 23 I spoke to manager [redacted] who also apologized and said a reimbursement check would be sent out within a week. Today is October 13 and still no reimbursement. It shouldn't take 7 months to do this. It is beginning to seem like some sort of fraud. What kind of company is this?Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Refund

Send me a refund check immediately. Hopefully my doctor will never use this lab again. If this is not resolved this month or is a typical pattern perhaps some criminal investigation should be done.
