I have responded several times to the homeownerThe issue he has is with a tar strip at the end of a new driveway and not the driveway it's selfThe complaint the gentleman has
with the strip of tar is that it is simply to thick and does not look as thin as the neighbors driveway which I had laid around years priorI stated the only way the tar is going to look as thin as his is simply timeThere's really no way to remove hot tar at the end of a driveway and as I stated to the homeowner the tar strip at the end of his driveway will look identical to the neighbors in timeNot trying to sound unreasonable, but I can't make a fresh tar strip look like a year old strip of tar

I have spoke to [redacted] and have set up a time to resolve the issue. We replaced the entire driveway and also extended a area, the area we extended settled and is now holding water. I spoke to [redacted] and told him to resolve the issue I will bring in more asphalt and raise the area by the house which is...
