It has been more than 30day since I received an RMA number to return an item this was not displayed correctly in the ad an to exchange it with the correct oneNo email, no phone call, and my last conversation with there returns department it was shipping straightaway and that was more than weeks agoSTILL NOTHING!

Botach Tactical is a rip off Poor customer service when you can get through to them
Website lies about items being in stock when they are on back order Have even done some research and found that several on Botach's suppliers have stopped doing business with them because of the way they conduct business Same your time and buy from a reputable company

Placed an order on 11/for an Accutact Anglesight with Quick Release Positvie Lock ($379), but recieved a Standard model ($279) on 12/ I promptly talked to customer service about the mishap with pictures to validate my claim and I asked if they will expedite ship my replacement I was then told that I can place and pay for another order of $and they'll refund my original order Upon further discussion we came to an agreement that upon tracking confirmation on my return they'll ship my replacement out ahead of time; instead of waiting for the return to come in and process before new shipment I was then told they'll e-mail me my return label by then end of that day I had to contact customer service again on 12/because they didn't e-mail as promised After receiving my return label I mailed the package out on that same day (12/10) days later (12/13) I still haven't received any update upon my replacement, and I had to contact customer service again I was notified they received my return and are now working on my shipment, which was not what we agreed upon On 12/I tried to contact customer service again to get another update for a tracking number, but was unable to contact ANY customer service rep via e-mail, phone, or live chat I had to call the sales number to talk to a live person who then told me I'd receive a call by the end of that day Again no call It's 12/and after demanding to talk to supervisor they gave me another number; one for the supervisor, but who was not at their desk to assist Upon further insistence and refusing to end the live chat in fear that it'll be another no call the supervisor finally called me Upon our conversation I was told that product I ordered and payed for is no longer in stock I even said I'd settle for it in another color, but this too was no longer in stock The supervisor then told me that they can ask the manufacturer for more product, but by this time all I wanted was a refund which they said will be processed the same day
Never once did they offer any discounts for a mistake on their part Also, there was multiple times I used the phone service or live chat without reaching a representative, but I followed their prompts and left voicemails and messages; and not once did they reach back out to me to resolve this issue I've always had to be the one who contacted them, they have a severe lack in communication to resolve issues
Overall this was the worst experience and run around I've ever endured with a company Also, for a company who's mission statement is, "We take pride in caring for our customers' walletOur daily deal specials have enabled us to build a fan base not only across the nation, but internationally as well Our website is constantly improving along with every aspect of our business to insure our customer's experience is always memorableWe hope to earn your business and keep it for years to come!" severely missed the mark with this customer; one who will never do business with them again The only part of that was true is that it was memorable, but not positive

I ordered a pair of boots in June. The website showed them in stock and said they would be drop shipped by the supplier. A month went by and I didn't get my boots. I called Botach and they told me the supplier was out. I checked back a month later. They said the boots would be in soon. I checked back in September and was told they would be shipped from the supplier to them and then shipped to me. They said it would be 2-4 weeks. On October 1 I contacted them and asked where my boots were. They emailed me and said they would check and get back to me "soon". Six Days later I'm still waiting for a response. Its been four months I still don't have my boots, no one can tell me when they are coming but they had no problem charging me for them. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
