Review: The business had us wait for a table for more than 35 minutes to add the additional gratuity charge for tables seated after 9pm. There aren't signs that state the amount of gratuity, there aren't signs that state there is an additional charge for seating larger parties after a certain time.

The business wouldnt itemize the bill, nor would they correct the gratuity %. The receipt states there is an 18% gratuity, although the amount is greater than 18%, I asked the manager to correct the charge and I was told it wasn't going to be corrected. I am not sure how many more times this has happened, but when I called it out the staff was very unprofessional and refused to adjust the amount. I was overcharged for the queso and paid the gratuity % on the overcharged item.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to openly and clearly state the time, size of the party and the additional gratuity amount when entering the facility. I would like the business to return the $0.55 difference I was charged. I would like the amount of the gratuity charge to be provided within the menu like other other business. The staff should be more customer friendly when customers are asking questions about the charges.
