I have received 3 shipments, Asking for refund of 2 shipments, to be credited to my card. Was not aware this was auto ship. My income is limited.
I would like to cancel my prescription for the oil. Was not aware of auto ship. Please credit my card. I just wanted to try this to see if helps arthritis.

Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full retail amount for the 30 day supply bottle if they didn't cancel before the 14 day trial was over. The system does not and will not allow the client to proceed to the checkout section to complete the purchase unless he/she acknowledges the terms and conditions of the trial. The shipments will continue to send monthly if the customer fails to cancel.

Ordered free trial for shipping and handling only and was billed three additional times that I did not request or authorize. Was denied a refund.
On 4/16/20 I ordered their free trial offer for only payment of shipping and handling which was $6.95 and $6.75. There was no mention of further billing or cancellation. On 5/18/20 and 5/26/20 my account was debited $89.25 and $88.75 and again on 6/15/20 for $96.20. When I was finally able to speak with a live operator they said I received a 2 week trial and since I didn't cancel I was billed for it. And also the $96.20 was for a 30 day supply that was already shipped. I said I didn't want any of them and I would send them back and I wanted my account reimbursed for all of them. The operator said all they could do was refund half of the $96.20.
There was no mention in the add about a 2 week trial and later being billed nor any mention of having to cancel anything or else be billed. This is a total scam and false advertising and they need to be shut down!!

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of $274.20 credited back to my bank account and not just the $48.10 they say they will refund.

I accept the response of a full refund. Although they could of saved everyone a lot of time by doing that when I called them personally instead of being rude jerks and saying they could only refund me $48.10.

Ordered 1 bottle cbd oil they keep sending more bottles that I do not want and charging me for them.
Ordered 1 bottle cbd oil on ***. Cost 5 dollars plus shipping. Did not reorder and they keep sending more. I do not have any way to stop them from sending they only send a slip with order number *** on date 6/8/2020 and shipped on 6/9/2020. I did not authorize this purchase. Item number ***. I believed this was a one time purchase and feel I have been scammed because this is the second shipment. I used my credit card to purchase about a month ago.

Desired Outcome

No more shipments and no more charges to my credit card.

Business has contacted me and took me off their list. I hope this resolved the situation.

I ordered their product on 4/21. It said free shipping and a cost of $13.25 for Botanic Releaf CBD drops and CBD cream which I paid. In June I get my bank statement with charges of $89.25, $88.75 and a charge that hasn't been logged for $95.50.

Upon calling the number, they stated I had agreed to the terms and conditions and that I had to call and cancel. I never agreed to any terms and conditions nor did I know that there was any time frame that I needed to cancel. There was the product info, the $13.25 cost, free shipping. When I received the product, there was no paperwork.

I have called *** and first talked to Edna . After getting no satisfaction from her, I asked to speak to her supervisor whom she said was JANE, who was not available at the time. I asked that JANE call me at 2 *** time as I had to leave for an appointment. When I returned home, I replaced the call and got AUSTIN who would not give me JANE or his supervisor, nor would he give me any names or contacts for the company. His only agreement was to issue me 50% of the costs I had incurred. I decided to get this much and go after the rest of it by tracking down the company.

Just like if I ordered a dress, it arrived, but didn't fit and I would return it and get my money back, I told them I would return the product as it had never been used. I am still willing to do this.

I believe this is a company taking advantage of customers. And I would like to get my additional 50% back. I would appreciate your services.

I was on *** and this company advertised a cbd oil for arthritis as a free sample. They charged $6.95, probably for shipping to try the free sample.I read their ad carefully for any red flags and found none. I then ordered the product. The product did not perform as advertised so I discarded it. About 2 weeks later my credit card was charged $88.75 and $89.25 by this company. I called my credit card company to cancel this and found out in an obscure area of their ad which I missed and was only provided in the same page where you entered your credit card information that they would charge these fees after a two week time.

I called the company and they told me too bad there was nothing they could do. My credit card company also could not cancel the charge because of this obscure contract issue which I inadvertently agreed to even though it was somewhat of a bait and switch.

This product commonly sells for $25 to $35. What they charged , I feel, dishonestly was out of line. This is a very deceptive business practice.I would like a total refund.

This company has sent me a refund check so I would like to close this case

I must have asked for a free trial. Small writing must have hidden the fact that the product will be a recurring event . Want no more of this product
Botanic Releaf NANO CBD has been sent four months in a row. I only wanted to try the free trial. Apparently there was teenie tiny writing about making it a recurring process. That's all I can guess because something like this happened to me before.

I DO NOT want any more of this product. PLEASE CANCEL this order. I have written to the company as well.

Received 3 bottles of CBD oil BUT charged for the 2nd and 3rd shipment $96.20 for a male enhancement product that was not sent. And I DID NOT ORDER. There is NO way that little bottle promotional price was only $6.95. And additional bottles were $96.20- but the billing for them was NOT Botanic Releaf. Which is printed on the bottle NOT Botanic Relief. And why was my order number changed to reflect a different product
And I was not alerted , This is a scam. This three different companies billing with three different phone numbers. And different spellings . You have got to close these scammers off before other people get duped

Again, we apologize for any misunderstandings. We would like to refund you fully for the April transaction, as the system will only allow to backtrack transactions of 30 days.

We confirm we have refunded $96.20 on May 11, 2020. We kindly ask that you allow 3-10 business days for the funds to reflect.

I placed an order online 12/16/19 for pain relief cream. When noticing that they wanted I paid for a shipping fee for a "free" trial. I immediately sent an e mail saying I did not want the product and to not ship it and cancel order. I got an email back saying they do not communicate via email and to please call them. I called their 800 number immediately and sat on hold for hours until I hung up. I called for 3 days & never got a voice on the phone just music.

I got the free sample after paying their shipping fee & then they next month was billed $178.00 on my credit card. When I disputed the charge - the bank was able to reach them and they said when I placed the order that I had subscribed for a year and would be charged monthly. I told them I never wanted their product at all and cancelled when placing the order before it was shipped & they refuse to issue a refund. They cancelled the annual subscription but refuse to refund the $178.00 for something I never wanted in the first place.

I have never heard of not being able to cancel an order prior to shipment, I hope you can help.

What the vendor stated is totally NOT accurate. Per the attachment I sent the Credit Card Bank & the the Revdex.com of Nevada, the order was cancelled via email the DAY it was placed. Botanic Releaf CBD immediately emailed back and said they do not take cancellations via email. I called the toll free number for 3 days per the e mails instructions & all I heard was music..no one ever picked up. I also left my phone number at the prompt. I was never called back. This is NO WAY to conduct business. Electronic cancellations are a legal way to cancel an order Per Federal and Nevada State Law.

I respectfully request a refund before I have to pursue this matter further.

Unfortunately, the transactions in question were filed for dispute and has resulted in a Chargeback.

Usually once transactions results in a Chargeback, the system can no longer make any changes to the account. (Including the action of processing a refund)

Upon reviewing the customer's account details, the customer did contact our toll-free number inquiring about the charges on January 6, 2020. Our representative was able to provide the customer with a 70% refund as a courtesy, at the time; to which the customer declined and advised their interest was to further dispute.

The customer filed a dispute that resulted in what is believed to be a loss in dispute due to the bank deeming the charges valid; therefore resulted in a Chargeback, as mentioned.

Unfortunately we are unable to process a refund. The charges are also dated in December 31, 2019.
