[redacted] and his son [redacted] are very poor home builders We contracted them to build our home sq foot The lack of organization, purchasing of materials to keep the job going and use of time correctly along with contractor scheduling was just pathetic The foundation was poured incorrectly causing the garage to be the wrong size, the front door is off set due to a miscalculation, master tub had to be redone including the tile surround because tile backer board was not used and the glass tile that was used and cut was not a bull nose so it was razor sharp tile exposed, the tube was not sealed nor set correctly to actually be used, non of the shower heads were seal when installed We the home owner had to install the exterior lighting, the lighting in the master bath is off set due to another miscalculation, the wall behind the master bath sink was so bowed that the granite had to be recut to fit the wall, windows were missing screensThey would show up to work around 9-am and break for lunch for 1-hours and then call it a day around 3-pm Nothing was getting done because they did not want to work Eventually they just "lost interest" and we had to hire an attorney to terminate the contract and finish the home ourselves months into the build Since they have been gone we have had our crawl space flood times due to water pipes the were not glued, the toilet was leaking into the crawl space due to in proper setting and sealing of the toilet, septic plumbing had to be redone due to a chronic sewer gas smell because it was done incorrectlyPlease do not use either of these people to build or repair your home the work ethic is just pathetic and the use of time is as well
