Mr*** left a message on our answering machine stating we sent him China Rain and not Fresh Rain. The order he placed was for China Rain as shown on attached receipt. We made several attempts to call him to resolve any issues, as this was the method he used to contact us. He
did not answer or respond to our voicemail, so we e-mailed him asking for him to call us, also attached. He e-mailed a response that he wanted his full and correct order, but again did not answer his phone or call us to verify what he meant by correct order. We are happy to help resolve any issue with a refund, replacement, or exchange of fragrance, but have not been given the opportunity of an open dialogue to adequately understand his needs
