I think the situation is unfortunate to say the least. I would not want someone billing me for over a year for an invalid amount or any amount if I had paid. I did call *** *** and say this. I also offered to give her a complimentary session as an apology. Honestly, I can
say that I am unaware of any calls, voice mails or letters directed to me. If I had received these, this situation would be resolved. I have spoken to my billing person and she acknowledges that she received a call several weeks ago and returned the call to which she received no responseI don't know what she said. If possible, I would like to find out where letters were sent and the exact phone number calls were made to.I am deeply concerned about this and would now like to get to the bottom of this problem quickly. I was completely unaware that my billing person was sending these bills out over this time period. She does acknowledge that she has been doing that. This is obviously a very poor practice which does reflect on my business negatively. The only recourse I have is to remedy these practices by taking action with my billing person. I don't know yet what this will entail. My sincere apologies go to *** *** and I hope she will take me up on a complimentary session. I am confused about the letters and phone calls, however. Anyclarity on that would be much appreciated. Thank you
