We had been looking for a couch and loveseat for quite sometime and took the drive from London to Bothwell back in November Believe me it was worth the drive to Bothwell We actually found sets that we liked at Bothwell Fine Furniture [redacted] was the gentleman who assisted us and made us both feel very comfortableHeasked us to take our time an browse through the vast selections they had on display Approximately minutes had pasted and [redacted] approached us and mentioned that if we had any questions he would be glad to assist He also mentioned that they had a sale on and that there was no taxes on any of the furniture for the next week He also mentioned the free delivery to London as long as it was $or more and that their own truck delivered to LOndon arear every Thursday Neither of us felt any presure and were allowed to browse at our leisure We left the store and told [redacted] we were considering of sets they had [redacted] mentioned both sets would be approxweeks delivery Well we ordered the leather set from them which was made by [redacted] located in Indiana The delivery date was to be Dec 10th but to our surprise and delight we recieved delivery week early on Dec 3rd Bothwell Furniture have their own delivery truck so you get personalized service as these two fellows delivering the furniture were great Very courteous and took their shoes off when entering the rugged area The furniture arrived already out of the packaging and was in excellent condition as Bothwell Furniture had already inspected it prior to delivery Overall we are very satisfied with the service from Bothwell Fine Furniture and would recommend them to anyone of our family or friends Best regards [redacted]

We actually found 2 sets that we liked at Bothwell Fine Furniture. [redacted] was the gentleman who assisted us and made us both feel very comfortable. Heasked us to take our time an browse through the vast selections they had on display. Approximately 15 minutes had pasted and [redacted] approached us and mentioned that if we had any questions he would be glad to assist. He also mentioned that they had a sale on and that there was no taxes on any of the furniture for the next week. He also mentioned the free delivery to London as long as it was $1000. or more and that their own truck delivered to LOndon arear every Thursday.
Neither of us felt any presure and were allowed to browse at our leisure. We left the store and told [redacted] we were considering 1 of 2 sets they had. [redacted] mentioned both sets would be approx. 4 weeks delivery.

Well we ordered the leather set from them which was made by [redacted] located in Indiana.
The delivery date was to be Dec 10th but to our surprise and delight we recieved delivery 1 week early on Dec 3rd. Bothwell Furniture have their own delivery truck so you get personalized service as these two fellows delivering the furniture were great. Very courteous and took their shoes off when entering the rugged area.
The furniture arrived already out of the packaging and was in excellent condition as Bothwell Furniture had already inspected it prior to delivery.

Overall we are very satisfied with the service from Bothwell Fine Furniture and would recommend them to anyone of our family or friends.
