Review: We recently attempted to purchase a 3d printer from bot objects. The credit card was charged immediately upon order. Since the time of ordering we have attempted repeatedly to contract the company about our order. We have not received the printer nor have they responded in any way. I have emailed them at [redacted] as well as [redacted]. We have called the NY office at ###-###-####. At first someone would answer and transfer us to a line where we would leave a message, however, when we call now it’s a disconnected number. No calls were ever returned.

This is what the only email we received says. We received it the day we ordered the printer.

Review: I paid for the printers June 2013 and BotObjects promised delivery in October 2013. After months of delays and setbacks I decided to ask for a refund in April 2014. The refund was a fair request since delivery was missed by several months as stated in their terms and conditions. They also mention in their terms and conditions that refunds can take up to 6 weeks, even though it only took two weeks to put my money in their pockets to begin with. I am now going on week 9 of the refund process with no end in sight. At first I was told that it is going through a clearance process in their accounts payable department, but this was not the case. I continually had to ask for other contacts to see where my money was at to finally get sent to the engineering/sales department only to have them try to get me to still buy the printers. At the beginning of June I was told it would be this week for sure. After 7 weeks of trying to figure out where my $10,000 was, I got the sales run around again, only to have the individual tell me he would pass the information along to the accounting department. This leads me to believe they did nothing with my information and I am questioning if they might be bankrupt or insoluble. I need to send three emails to different people in order to get one short reply. The most recent email, now 3 weeks past their promised refund date, is that the refund is going to the [redacted] to get approved. When does the [redacted] of a company need to approve a refund?Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. I have basically given them an interest free loan for over a year.
