Review: I purchased a Clutch from the Bottega store on [redacted] for my wife just 2 days back. As I was visiting Los angeles from Dallas, TX it was surprise for my wife. When I was asking if I can return he mentioned I can exchange within 10 days and kept askign about return he just kept saying I can do within 10 days but, he never once mentioned that I cannot return the purchase and its a final sale.
Now my wife does not like the bag and she wants a completely different brand and when I tried calling the store and they were pretty clear on the policy. I told the sales guy was not clear
and hence I bought it under the assumption that I could always return if my wife doesnt like and instead of considering the full refund return because they made a mistake while selling they said I cannot return and can only exchange.
This is my first purchase with my brand and I promise I will never ever recommend or purchase this brand for ANYONE. I am well within the 10 days policy period.I should just stuck to PRADA or LV.
And what amazes me is they have full return policy for online purchases upto 20 days and mine is just 2 days.Desired Settlement: I just want to return this product for full refund. I purchased it on 05/**/2014. I will NEVER EVER consider this brand ever.

Review: I was informed by Salesperson in their store that the item I was purchasing was returnable and refundable as I was making the purchase via email communication and not in person and have not the opportunity to examine the product prior to purchase.
I provided my credit card information to the salesperson and had the item shipped to me. When I returned the item to the store, my purchase was not refunded.Desired Settlement: Full refund of entire purchase price of $3066.75
Review: I purchased a bracelet on 06/**/15 on line. The bracelet received was defective. My girlfriend wore it only to find out the loop is too big and the bracelet continuously fell off her arm. We contacted the store in Boston and they asked us to come in. We did, however, they confirmed the bracelet was defective but could not help us as the item was purchased on line. They called the on line customer service and in turn they sent me a return label. I filled out the return form and returned the bracelet. I then received an email saying the item could not be accepted as a return and will be mailed back to me.
How can this be? I purchase a leather bracelet from what I thought was a reputable company. The bracelet is defective. I bring it back to a store and they say they don't deal with on line purchases. I return it to the on line service and they don't accept it. What type of business is this? I have been in retail for over 30 years and have NEVER heard or experienced such a debacle!!Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the purchase I made on my [redacted] charge on 06/**/15 for $265.63.
