company and that we should expect a letter. He has refused us to go back to make things right, has not answered our calls, and refuses to have any work done unless it commences at 6 a.m. While we would very much like to resolve this issue. It appears that it is unlikely. We remain committed to finishing the job to [redacted] satisfaction.
Most of our issues are easily resolved by communication through the consumer and the company satisfactorily and we would very much like for this to be reasonably resolved.

First of all, the service /response from this company is not commendable! Once the issue was reported, several appointments were set up for the owner to come view the poor workmanship. On all of these occasions he did not show up or call. After many attempts, I was finally able to have him come over. He was supposed to be at the house in the morning. By lunchtime he still had not showed up, after waiting at home all morning, he called around 12:30 pm to tell me he would be another half hour or so.
When he got here, we inspected the roof. He agreed on the poor workmanship, informed me he had recently let a couple of employees go. He was aware that I had repaired the siding myself in order to prevent any further damage by the wind, it needed to be done right away. He questioned me on whether the "j" trim was attached as he knew this was one of the reasons he was having problems with the workmanship. He stressed several times that he had a guy available that afternoon to come start the repairs.
I agreed, trying to accommodate. He was sending someone for sure. Mid-afternoon, he called to inform me it was way too hot for the guys and also not good for that type of work. He said he would have someone here the following morning, first thing. I asked what he meant by first thing, he replied 8 am or so, then said even 6 am may be better. I told him 6 am would work for me, as the forecast was the same hot weather, earlier in the morning sounded good. I overheard him asking someone if 6 am was ok, he came back to me and agreed that he would have someone here at 6 am. To clear up what he states that it was my only time I would have work done, that is not true. It was his idea, was better for his employees to work in cooler temperatures and as he had previously stated better for that type of work.
I got up at 5:30 am, expecting them here at 6. I waited and waited. They never showed up or called, again!! He called the following day several times, we were not home. My wife did answer at one point when she got home, took a message and told him I would call as soon as I got home, later that evening. When I called him back, he wanted to come the next day or so. I informed him he had stood me up for the last time. He was not reliable and could not be trusted! I no longer wanted him to do the repairs, I told him I wanted compensation for the repairs that I had done to the siding. As for the roof, I informed him I would be consulting a lawyer for my rights/legal action as there was no resolution.
He also stated that I didn't answer his calls, not so. If we were not home we called him back every time as I wanted this job to be completed right away. The reason for placing this complaint is very clear, he is not trustworthy, as he does not keep his word/commitment along with the poor workmanship. The discussion of repairing a roof a week later from installation is ridiculous and unacceptable.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very easy to take advantage of consumers, as most homeowners do not go up on their roof to inspect the work, from the ground it appears good, however not always the case as is my case, however, I did go up and inspect the work, to my horror what I discovered!
