First of all, the service /response from this company is not commendable! Once the issue was reported, several appointments were set up for the owner to come view the poor workmanshipOn all of these occasions he did not show up or callAfter many attempts, I was finally able to have him come overHe was supposed to be at the house in the morningBy lunchtime he still had not showed up, after waiting at home all morning, he called around 12:pm to tell me he would be another half hour or so When he got here, we inspected the roofHe agreed on the poor workmanship, informed me he had recently let a couple of employees goHe was aware that I had repaired the siding myself in order to prevent any further damage by the wind, it needed to be done right awayHe questioned me on whether the "j" trim was attached as he knew this was one of the reasons he was having problems with the workmanshipHe stressed several times that he had a guy available that afternoon to come start the repairs I agreed, trying to accommodateHe was sending someone for sureMid-afternoon, he called to inform me it was way too hot for the guys and also not good for that type of workHe said he would have someone here the following morning, first thingI asked what he meant by first thing, he replied am or so, then said even am may be betterI told him am would work for me, as the forecast was the same hot weather, earlier in the morning sounded goodI overheard him asking someone if am was ok, he came back to me and agreed that he would have someone here at amTo clear up what he states that it was my only time I would have work done, that is not trueIt was his idea, was better for his employees to work in cooler temperatures and as he had previously stated better for that type of work I got up at 5:am, expecting them here at I waited and waitedThey never showed up or called, again!! He called the following day several times, we were not homeMy wife did answer at one point when she got home, took a message and told him I would call as soon as I got home, later that eveningWhen I called him back, he wanted to come the next day or soI informed him he had stood me up for the last timeHe was not reliable and could not be trusted! I no longer wanted him to do the repairs, I told him I wanted compensation for the repairs that I had done to the sidingAs for the roof, I informed him I would be consulting a lawyer for my rights/legal action as there was no resolution He also stated that I didn't answer his calls, not soIf we were not home we called him back every time as I wanted this job to be completed right awayThe reason for placing this complaint is very clear, he is not trustworthy, as he does not keep his word/commitment along with the poor workmanshipThe discussion of repairing a roof a week later from installation is ridiculous and unacceptable I would not recommend this company to anyoneVery easy to take advantage of consumers, as most homeowners do not go up on their roof to inspect the work, from the ground it appears good, however not always the case as is my case, however, I did go up and inspect the work, to my horror what I discovered!
