The second bottle that was purchased was never opened ...It was a Grey Goose Bottle for 300 and the tip was not the agreed upon tip for the services. This is Unacceptable and need to be credited back to the card.

As a standard practice, when a customer purchases bottle service; if two different bottles of alcohol are ordered, both bottles will be opened at the table at the same time. The Customer ordered 1 bottle of Belvedere Magnum and 1 bottle of Grey Goose. Both of which were opened at the time they were delivered to the table and were both options for consumption to the party at the table. The gratuity on this tab at 20% would have been $180.00 for the entire total. The customer signed his receipt for a gratuity of $194.00, $14 above 20%. We do not believe the gratuity was beyond reason. Again, Bottled Blonde does not offer refunds on items consumed partially or fully if a customer was asked to leave because of his or her own actions. However, to show our appreciation for our customers and as a good will gesture, this one time only, Bottled Blonde will extend the offer of a $200.00 giftcard for the customer to use during their next visit.
