In reviewing with our Medford staff and video, we did see and confirm that the receipt was dispensed at our Pay Station It appears, a possible delay (seconds approx.) to dispense and in that time customer walked away to get associate and another customer walked up to Pay Station and used it and took cash to include the cash from previous customer.Area Operations Supervisor attempted to contact customer to resolve, however, the phone number provided is no longer valid.We would love an opportunity to further assist customer if she'd like to visit our center and speak with Area Operations Supervisor

This incident has been successfully resolved with customer We were able to contact her via email and invite her to come back in where we could explain what took place and refund her ticket

I am rejecting this response because: I waited a lot longer than secondsI have not changed my phone numberThey were going to print a new receipt so I could get the money refunded and I waited for minutes for them to tell me, I am out of luckI am tired of being taken advantage ofI did get an email today from Tawny S*** asking me to contact her but I am not sure where she is located due to the fact the phone number is not localI emailed her backSo, they are saying I need to waste gas to go in there for them to tell me again, that someone else took my money? And they can do nothing for me
