Review: In Dec 2015 We had our tank refilled and were told that the gauge wasn't working. We were told that we should use all of our gas and then they will replace it. We had an emergency generator installed in May prior to this we visited Bottled Gas Services and were told that we didn't need to have our tank replaced that the gauge was now working. On 5/16 I call BGS and asked if they could have someone at our home during the generator install to hook up the gas. I was told that they were not sure this would happen and I asked if they could call me and let me know if they would be there. It is very important that I am aware of who is going to be at the house so I can inform my 72yr old mother as she was there alone at that time. This did not happen a rep from BGS came during the install to see what was needed to complete the hook up. I called 5/23 to determine what the cost would be and when the hook up would could take place. I was told that they didn't know and that they would call me back and let me know. I never received a call. Today I receive a call from my mother asking why there was a truck with a gas tank in the drive. I called BGS and asked them I was told that they were changing the tank (I was told that this didn't need to happen before by them) and they were connecting the generator. I reminded BGS that they had told me that the tank didn't have to be replaced. I further asked how they could be doing work for which they had not provided a quote for. All conversations were with Joe (I believe the owner). Joe then tells me that I am "pissing him off" and hangs up on me. I call him back and said that I don't conduct business in that was and asked what I did to make him feel that he should take that approach with me. I at no time raised my voice or used unprofessional language. He said well I couldn't get you to understand me. I explained that I still don't given that I had asked for a quote and call prior and that they were at my house doing unauthorized work and trespassing.Desired Settlement: Please have business assure me that future needs to be at my home they will arrange an appointment prior with me
