We cancelled our GAP Insurance policy upon refinancing our loanWe are entitled to a refund for the pro-rated amount of the GAP policy purchase amountI was told 4-weeks for processingIt has now been over weeks and I can not get a straight answer on the status of the refund or a call back on my voicemails to members of their finance team
The company had a vehicle displayed on their website for $12, I did call the company because it seemed too good to be true When I called I stated that "I was inquiring on the vehicle posted for on their website" and gave them the stock number The salesman came back to the phone, confirmed they had the vehicle and then told me to come in after work I went in after work, spent hours at the dealership (driving in the vehicle, appraising my trade and even RUNNING MY CREDIT) to find out the vehicle was actually $19, After bringing this to their attention, all they could say was that the website was wrong and there was nothing they could do about it Not only did I waste hours of my time, but now I have a knock on my credit for a vehicle I never would have stopped to see if I would have known it was $more than advertised
Bought a Gmc Acadia from Boucher buick gmc of Waukesha on June 6th along with the Auto Armor entire car protection that was applied to the vehicle a week after purchase The application was applied all over the car including the top After application we noticed a paint chip on the car door and several dents on the roof We have been attempting to work out a solution with the dealer and the only response we got is that they will send us a paint sample to cover up the chip That was never sent and all emails or phone calls have gone unanswered We went to the dealership and spoke with the manager, *** ***, to discuss the dents and chips and how while they applied the auto armor the car got damaged and he became very loud and rude with us He did take pictures and said he would get back to us with a solution That again has never happened The dealership has repeatedly ignored any attempt for a resolution, so now we have a brand new vehicle with dents and pain
