Review: My renters central AC unit had tripped out. I called Boucher's to repair it. Boucher's reset breaker, cleaned a/c unit, and checked Freon level. (wording from their invoice) Less than 24 hrs later the unit had tripped out again. My husband had to make an hour drive to service the unit with a certified HVAC rep from another company on the phone who talked him through troubleshooting the unit. The other repairman quickly noted the intake was blocked and my husband proceeded to CLEAN the intake. According to that repairman and the HVAC repairman I work with in my town this cleaning is normally done with every service call, is easily to troubleshoot and should never had taken another call.

When we called to complain and ask for a discount on the bill we were told they would look into it and we can never talk to anyone but the secretary.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund for half the bill since they only did half the job and we had to pay gas and time away from work and phone consult fees to another repairman to do the job right.
