Boudreaux Collision Center

Review: My wifes truck was involved in a hit and run. I called my insurance company and they sent a ajuster to look at my wifes truck and he also took pictures. Hr told me that Boudreaux collision center was one of thier top body shops to go too. I asked him if their is anything going to come out of my pocket to repair my wifes truck. He said no it will be takin care of. The body shop most of the time takes what we have appraised it for. I recieved the check and estimate for the repair to take it to boudreaux body shop. I dropped off my wife's truck on Wed the 8th of Oct to Boudreaux collision center. They had a rent a car ready for my once I arrived. The vechile they gave me wasn't what I was suppose to get. I was given a small toyota corrola to put 5 people in. Bare in mine I have a son the is 6' 3" and he will not fit in the back sit of this car. When I told the body shop this, all they could said is "Thats all they sent me, you will have to go to the airport and have it changed out if you need a bigger one. I finally said just give my the car and I asked if their was anything they need. They said all we need is the check the insurance gave you. I gave them the check and left. Once I got in the car the car was nasty and also full of smoke smell. Turn on the a/c and nothing but the smell of smoke came out. Had to opened the window it was so bad. Never seen a rental car in bad shape inside with coke stains all over the car and coke of over the windows. I had to go home and clean it.Once they called me on Friday the 10th of Oct to come and pick up the truck we arrived their and they couldn't find the keys to the truck. They looked all over couldn't find them. They walked over to the dumpster to see if they were in their. The owner put one of his workers in their and found my keys at the bottom of the dumpster. That was great. After that they told me that the estimate the insurance gave me was wrong and it cost more. And he told me I owed him 500.00 for the deductible. That was takin already. Need Help.Desired Settlement: Want my 500.00 back and they need to call someone when more work needs to be done instead of surprizing you when you get thier. Also need to do better work.
