Wanted to update you on the complaint that was filed by me I went to Bouganville Flooring Super Store this past Saturday, and they agreed to give me a refund in full for the defective floors Thank you Sent from [redacted]

We have asked our customers to understand that it was not our intention to consider the matter closed until all sides were satisfied and respect the fact that they were out of town recently We have been in contact recently with our customers to reiterate that their satisfaction has and continues to be very important to us Fortunately, we have come to a resolution satisfactory to all We want to thank them again for addressing an important customer service issue and appreciate their patience

We sincerely appreciate the time taken by our customer to address this concern. Bougainville Flooring Super Store does have a system in place to accept and verify returns to assure that customers are refunded properly. Based on our review of steps taken and review of documentation, we
feel that we properly verified the products returned. We also understand, however, that it is important to look at the bigger picture and address our customer’s needs. In this case, we spoke to the customer last week and offered to provide a carton of flooring so that the project she is working on can be completed. We are pleased that she has accepted this offer and wish her the best

We are very concerned when a customer does not feel that
they were treated appropriately and treat this seriously. Actions have been taken internally to address
specific ways to assure every customer has a great experience with us. This includes training and specific
corrective
action with the salesperson identified by the customers. As of this time, the materials have been
delivered and installed. However, we are
continuing to have discussions with the customers to find the best method of
reaching a higher level of satisfaction.
We thank the customer for their patience and have had a very positive
dialogue since this initial incident occurred.
They have been gracious and open to coming to a conclusion shortly

*** *** Dear Mr***Please be advised that the captioned complaint HAS NOT been resolved, and that I respectfully request that this matter be re-opened.I was on vacation for the last weeks in August, and in trial in the First Circuit Court upon my return to Hawaii.Consequently, I was unable to access my personal email and respond to your inquiry. Indeed, I did not see your message of September 4, advising that Revdex.com has closed this matter until Tuesday, September 8, 2015.However, while on vacation I did speak with Reed from Bougainvllle Carpet, with the last conversation being on September or 4, 2015. At that time Reed advised that he would speak with his Supervisor to see if Bougainville would issue a refund in an amount to be determined.From that call on September 3/4, to this date, September 9, 2015, I have not received a return call from Reed.Small wonder. Bougainville believes I have abandoned my complaint.In fact, not only have I not abandoned my complaint, I add to my complaint that they have NOT acted in good faith, because once they received notice that this matter has been closed, they stopped trying to resolve this matter.Apparently their position is that they have our money, Revdex.com is out of the picture, end of story.This is reprehensible.Also, this is a small island, and Bougainville is not without competition. Word travels fast, especially when the complainants are in a position to spread the word.Accordingly, I reiterate all that has been set forth in my initial complaint.I will not go quietly into the night.*** ** ***

I wanted to make a correction on the amount disputed. It should be $before taxes for the square feet of tile, not $for the remaining balance. There were two bags of concrete patching material that I used ($total), so those items should be deducted from the
