I am rejecting this response because:
"It is our understanding that she has received information she was seeking".- I'd love to know what information I received that satisfied my issue?
"Her file shows that we responded and have been awaiting her to provide her account information so that we could investigate with the promotional company"-I'd love to know what this means as wellEmpty words do not make something trueI was contacted by *** *** a month after leaving my points at the Boulder officeShe asked how many points I had and I specifically conveyed numerous times now that I needed assistance determining how many points I have as many of the wrappers do not state how many points they are worth.
"Her loyalty was evident in her communication to us and we hope that she does not allow this experience to negatively impact how much she enjoys our products"-Really? What have you done to retain me as a customer? What? Simply resolving my original issue will not satisfy me at this point as I have had to jump through hoops, make in person visits and use a third party to even get a response from youI will not be satisfied by you doing your job that wasn't done correctly in the first placeMy loyalty is not remotely being appreciated in the way you say it is.

Additional information has been sent to Ms [redacted] at the email she provided to us ([redacted]). We have sent her log in information for the Get the gear account we created for her with her points plus additional points given to her and we have issued her an array of full value product coupons on Boulder Brands businesses. Ms. [redacted] can log into her account and redeem her points directly through the Evol website.

In addition, I run the call center which received Ms [redacted] Contact Us email. Her file shows that we responded and have been awaiting her to provide her account information so that we could investigate with the promotional company.
Evol cares deeply about their consumers and we regret that this was not conveyed. Her loyalty was evident in her communication to us and we hope that she does not allow this experience to negatively impact how much she enjoys our products.

Review: I 'm a Stock Holder for this company, once before, and now again. The only reason I reinvested again is the fact that [redacted] H. is still the CEO. I know his back ground and the companys he has previous work for. By being a stock holder I watch the market daily. I'm very disapionted with the reviews from some companies that state the " Books" are not showing the true facts or that the company could possible be in financial trouble. Either way, this type of management should not or cannot be tolerated. On my previous investment Smart Balance advertise to some degree, and now the advertisement has completely STOP. Good management dictates that in order to sell any product is to advertise,advertise,advertise !!!. It only makes a invester believe that money is being used unwisely to advert money in a area that it doesn't belong. I've invested money in several companies, However, my thoughts on this is starting to make me wounder.Desired Settlement: Advertise advertise advertise Period.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I purchased one of their gluten-free frozen burritos. I prepared it according to package directions but when I bit into it, it was liking trying to bite a rock and it broke my upper denture. I have filed a complaint with the company on one of their "Affidavits" but have not heard back from them . The "Affidavit" was mailed July 17, 2014 with a copy of my dental bill, and the incident occurred on or about June 14, 2014. They have failed to respond to my complaint and pay me for the dental fees incurred to replace the denture.Desired Settlement: Payment of the costs for my new denture, $1,314.00.

I am rejecting this response because: That was the complaint - I complied with their request in a timely manner and have not heard from them in four months. That is more than long enough to review the matter. They are just stalling because the next step for me after their denial is a lawsuit for my damages.

Our Legal Department reviewed [redacted]'s claim and the following was sent along with complimentary coupons to [redacted] via Federal Express on November 3, 2014:

Thank you for your patience as we reviewed your

claim of breaking your denture while

biting into the corner an Evol™ Gluten Free Shredded Beef Burrito.

Our review included an effort by a member of our R&D

staff to duplicate the incident you described.

It determined that the corners, as typical with microwaved burritos, may

become dry. However, they could not be considered hard enough to fracture a

denture.

We are sorry that we are not able to compensate you

for your claim for the following reasons: the directions for heating the

burrito were not followed, we did not have an opportunity to inspect the the

actual product, our tests following the scenario you reported did

not produce the results you described, and the fact that the stability of a

denture is often determined by its quality, age, and care.

We appreciate the information you provided, and we

hope you will accept the enclosed coupons as our gesture of goodwill.
