There is going to be Business construction on Academy Street where our business is locatedNCDOT Right Of Way Division Office employee informed us that the state purchased the property where our business is for feets from the center line. But city and state told us there is no
constructionOur lease agreement for the store ended in 04/30/I do not know if there is a connection between the landlord; Ferrell Realty, and the Business construction projectWe have submitted our case to Federal Highway Administration in USDOTPlease reveal truth.However, on 10/02/17, the letter from FHWA(Federal Highway Administration) stated the wrongful result--they dismissed our case even though there was plentiful of evidences. On 10/03/17, we contacted the employee in FHWA Division Office in RaleighWe wanted to ask and visit them office about the decisionBut employee said it was from the headquarter and there is nothing employee could do about itWe were also told not to come. We told her we will submit the complaint to federal agencyIn next day, On 10/04/17, in 9:a.m., NCDOR officers and Sheriff 2~officers suddenly came to our store. Sales tax that we owe previously the amount of approximate $9,500.00. We were told to pay right nowAlso they proclaimed to pay $2000~$right now or they are closing the business. NCDOR(Department of Revenue) female officer proclaimed if we do not pay the tax right now, they are going to put on auction for machinesShe also mentioned that she is going to call customers on the dry cleaning ticket to do piand receive moneyNCDOR officers went inside the store and took pictures of the machines. I, Insook Ko, called to South KoreaInsook Ko was crying hopelesslyThere is the Fall holiday in South Korea, so there was no banking availableInsook Ko and Dahee Hwang begged NCDOR and Sheriff Officers to wait more days.We were told to leave the store immediatelyWe were forced outShortly after, the locksmith person came to replace the keyWe miserably begged to wait six more daysBut NCDOR officers said "no". We were forcefully out from the storeThen we left. When we came back to Rodem Cleaners for the important document, NCDOR officers were counting cash money from the cash drawer. I have a trauma and an illnessI have told NCDOR about my illness, but they forcefully close the businessI was shocked and painfully shaking my body. As I promised to NCDOR, my brother who is the CEO of the company in South Korea has sent me about $9,I send this transaction evidence to the federalAs I clearly told them, if NCDOR were to wait until six more days, there would be no problem with customers and the tax matter would be solved easilyBut NCDOR forcefully closed the business. I have submitted the complaint to federalBecause of the trauma and my weak health, I cannot operate the business anymoreI really need some rests. NCDOR and Sheriff Officers should have given us the legal court documents in order to close the businessHowever, they did not give us. But they forcefully closed the business insteadI received indefinite traumas from the incidentAnd also, my urination leaking as they yelled at me to get outI was terrifiedI am diagnosed in PTSD symptom.Then, NCDOR female and male officer came to our homeThey were knocking at the door loudly and hardly for a long timeMy family was horrified and shaking our bodiesWe, then, left our home for rests to long distance

I am rejecting this response because: the matter is still not solved. I need to know when I will get my clothes back. This is my property. If the owners are refusing to open the business back up then the local authorities should open the store so that people may claim their stolen property.
