We saw Mr. [redacted] as an emergency patient in our office for a tooth ache.  We did an emergency exam and took a Panoramic film.  The $65 exam fee is for a comprehensive new patient exam, not for emergency visits and is clearly advertised as such. Also, Mr [redacted] was confused about his dental...

insurance and did not have benefits in our office, but we honored our lowest insurance fees and gave him a $45 courtesy adjustment to help keep the cost down for him.  To date, he has not paid us any money at all.  To make this unpleasant situation go away and to keep our A+ rating with the Revdex.com we will accept the $65 fee, even though we are not obligated to.  Please let us know when we can expect payment. If payment is not received withing 45 days from the time of treatment (1/10/17) we will refer the account to a collection agency.I would also encourage Mr. [redacted] to look at our reviews on our website and see that as of my last review we have 521 reviews of which 491 were 5 stars.  We are not doing ANYTHING illegally to get new patients.

I am rejecting this response because:Dear Revdex.com Sir / Madam,       I really appreciate your time to step in for helping. I was actually very happy meeting with the Dental Group Team (DGT) and just as I said, the people there were very nice. However, I have to argue as I thought which I believe is right. On the website, it is clearly stated that they provide the very low price for a new patient, and the service "includes" the extensive exam. It is not just as Jo said that only extensive exam can be accepted as the treatment for a new patient. I went there first time and unless they do not treat this first time as new a new patient. So I am not arguing their service but arguing that they should keep their words but not eat their words.       I do agree that DGT got a lot of 5 stars, which is actually the reason I would like to go to them and get the help. However, I do not think that 5 stars is the reason that they can think they are at the position to not keep their promise with what's they advertisement. Furthermore, I always think that it is not a serious issue and we can solve the problem. I also did not give any negative review online to DGT considering that they are not easy to get so many 5 stars.     I do not agree the date they set for the bill. The issue is not solved yet and they already sent the bill of over $200 dollars on 01/10/2017. Which means I need have to paid $200 and then pay another $65. Isn't it funny? That is the main reason that I have to reject it. They are still kind of refuse to realize that they made an mistake. If they are not taking it seriously. I will still not accept what they did with the bill.
