Revdex.com--  After reviewing this [redacted]er, I have found that the original purchase price was approximately 8000.00.  Not 10,500.00  Difficult to imagine that Mr [redacted] is 7000.00 upside down.  Mr. [redacted]'s last visit to Boulder Hyundai was in April 2016....

We  could not duplicate any transmission issue. If Mr. [redacted]s vehicle is still under the mileage limits of his extended service agreement there is a possibility that the issue can be resolved if it can be duplicated. Only out of pocket expense would be his deductable.  However with the proper down payment and credit history wemost likely can help Mr. [redacted] purchase another car.  It is unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] is unhappy we really made effort to assist him on his previous visits to Boulder Hyundai.

wouldn't have to arrange to have her lease return car picked up. Boulder Hyundai would never agree to be responsible for any damage on a lease return, there is no way we could estimate a cost. At the time of sale [redacted] signed 2 forms stating that all oral promises must be made in writing. [redacted] also signed a Boulder Hyundai "Due Bill" stating sold new as equipped. If we promise any after the sale work or after the sale commitments it would be on this form.  I ask that this complaint be closed as Boulder Hyundai has not committed any violations. A state investigator for the [redacted] , auto Industry division has reviewed this transaction and found Boulder Hyundai to be compliant.  I have sent all supporting documentation to  [redacted] . Thank you [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,
[redacted]  [redacted] has not even taken the time to access the damage to my car. Everything he knows is from other sources.  The people at coach body shop were impressed with the condition my car was in.  [redacted] did not have time to see me or even give me the time of day when I brought in my estimates showing clearly that there was a chemical spill on the hood of my car that ate  through the clear coat.  I asked two different people how this could have happened seeing my car is always parked in my garage next to my husbands collector 66 corvette. Our garage doesn't even have windows so it is kept in the dark which helps preserve the body paint. Their response was "it could have happened while driving down the street and a car in front of you had a problem.  That comment meant it was probably brake fluid or some chemical used in the automotive industry.  The technician [redacted] knows something because on picking up my car he was standing outside the closed bay doors just watching me, I think to see if I would pick up the damage. The splashes were up next to the windshield and smaller splashes on the hood. The worst spot were about the size of a silver dollar and one was on the drivers side and the other bad one was on the passenger side.  There was an old car up on a hoist and my Hyundai was parked directly behind and under it with the rear wheels off.  Obviously they were servicing the brakes on this vehicle. I asked [redacted] to show me the cracks on the power drive belt that was the reason for replacing this and the timing belt.  I have been lied to so many times by these people. I found one of their tools under the hood of my car.  Ted Vaughan saw me drive my car onto the lot and his first words were WOW what a nice car. If you ever want to trade that in I would like to help you with that. This ten year old car was a show room floor beauty.  What attracted me most was the extra beautiful brilliant black paint with a clear bra and full paint and no body armor at the base of my [redacted].  I mentioned to [redacted] that I was impressed with how their detail guy was able to buff out these larger areas. The paint is no longer shinny in these areas and when I mentioned this to him his comment was "oh I just had my hand there thats why"  On finishing up his inspection his last words were "You know if I were just walking by your car I wouldn't even notice this.  My heart sank into my stomach on hearing this.  I wonder if that isn't what Me [redacted] heard from [redacted] and they are just going to blow me off. When I picked my car up after [redacted], the service manager told me his detail guy would fix it and on seeing it I said you didn't fix it and he said he was sorry. The first time bringing my car in with the damage [redacted] turned to go into the back to retreive paperwork that would show any damage to on my car.  My comment was good detective work and [redacted] heard this as well.  He came back empty handed and when I asked him if he saw anything he just shook his head and didn't answer me but said lets go look at the hood. He thought he could remove it and on two attempts he noticed there were runs of this chemical on the hood that  affected the paint and one of them was like six inches long. [redacted] knew what happened and I thought he would be there for me.  [redacted] is no longer an employee there and coincidentally he was gone just a couple days after this happened. I asked to talk to the detail man but was told he was too busy to talk to me.  He also has an opinion about what happened to my car I'm sure. [redacted] on talking with my son who is a detective with [redacted] offered me three hundred dollars to get this out of their hair and the next thing [redacted] is offering me two hundred and fifty dollars. They need to fess up and do the right thing and paint the hood of my car. [redacted] at [redacted] told me not to even deal with these people and I should go straight to the top. I wanted to give these folks a chance to own this mess and fix it.  I'm don't want anyone to loose their job over this, but I'm wondering what demons are at play at Boulder Hyundai.  I have been a business owner in Boulder for eighteen years and God forgive me should I ever think of treating a customer like this.  Me [redacted] took a call from a friend who is a lawyer speaking on my behalf and he said I was rude and calling people names and yelling.  [redacted] knows me and had a hard time believing this.  [redacted] claims to have a form showing the damage on the hood with my signature on it.  I have the customer copy and shouldn't it show the same damage if it's a copy. No damage noted anywhere. There was no walk around done on my car. [redacted] remarked to the technician "can you believe this car only has thirty two thousand miles on it".  I don't even like to drive it when it's windy.  I asked [redacted] to please take care of my car because she was my baby and he said he would. We were standing right in front of my car just inches away from the hood. The damage was quite impressive, raised, white and so sharp that there was fibers stuck to one of the bigger areas of bubbled clear coat, almost like someone saw it and tried to wipe it off and the tackiness held the fibers. It looked fuzzy with fibers. I went to [redacted] and got something that would remove tar, bugs, tree sap but nothing worked. This form [redacted] has was forged and on seeing this I said to [redacted] this isn't even where the damage is. This form mysteriously showed up the day after [redacted] came back without any paperwork showing any damage. There is a door ding and a sprung panel where I backed into something or someone backed into my car in a parking lot. These were not noted on his paperwork.  Damage is damage so why not?.  Clearly the small pencil marks on his form were done in haste to get me once again to go away. Did [redacted] feel forced to put these marks on that paperwork in order to keep his job?  While I waited for my husband to pick me up when I first brought my car in I waited inside the dealership main area and I visited with a very nice older woman and we both saw [redacted] drive my car into the receiving area. She commented on what a beautiful car it was.  My comment was yes it has a very beautiful paint job.  She said if I ever considered selling it she would be interested. I'm sad that this [redacted] clearly looks at the year of my car and not the car itself. There are many cars with original paint and as old as my car if taken care of are in mint condition. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

As we stated earlier and showed with our inspection form, this 10 year old [redacted] was for from showroom condition when we took it in prior to performing any work in our shop.   I ask the Revdex.com to close this case due the unreasonable demands from the complainant.
