We recently rented 4 sleds with Boulder Marine Center, and would recommend that you look elsewhere. We did not receive the free delivery that is advertised (they said they were too busy that weekend). Also, we had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight - big mistake. [redacted] with Boulder Marine called after he was sure we were out of town and told us we had to pay to replace the carbide skid bar on all 4 sleds because of excessive wear - after 2 days of very gentle use totalling less than 200 miles! It's obvious they use this tactic to fund normal wear and tear items - I would be interested to see how many customers see their full deposit returned.

Horrible service. Mean to customers and sell broken items. That bout sums it up also don't bother trying to get anything repaired you would be lucky to get it before next year
