We are concerned that Mr. [redacted] wrote about a negative experience with our dealership. We truly felt we had a mutual understanding that the vehicle was properly inspected and in safe operation.
Boulder Nissan would be happy to replace the two brake rotors and brake pads in question in a gesture to satisfy Mr. [redacted] and ensure that ultimately, his experience ends on a positive note.

I would greatly appreciate that and would be completely satisfied with the purchase if Boulder Nissan is willing to correct the front brake issue.

To whom it may concern,Boulder Nissan will not take any responsibility for the alleged damages on Mr. [redacted]'s 2011 Nissan. This vehicle is six years old and we have never seen it before this one visit to our service department over the summer. We wash approximately 10,000 customer vehicles...

I am rejecting this response because:
I know for an empirical fact that Boulder Nissan damaged my car. I also have a witness who saw the car just prior to and immediately after I took it to Boulder Nissan who will corroborate this fact. Boulder Nissan knows full well that they damaged my car. They mishandled the whole issue from the start and continue to mishandled it. [redacted]’s complete unwillingness to work with me to resolve my dispute exemplifies how the staff at Boulder Nissan has acted from the start. I need to be compensated the full amount to replace all of the parts that they damaged.
