We looked into this customer's complaint.  We did find that the stable had a record of her reservation and her going on the ride.  We were not able to find any record of her paying cash.  We checked with everyone at the stable as to her paying cash and did not find any record of her...

claimed cash payment.  The customer did not have a receipt for a cash payment.  We refunded this customer in full back to her credit card.  We could not prove that she did not pay in cash, but according to our records, she got a free trail ride. It took us a few days to check with all the employees regarding her cash payment and she posted all this right away.  We will always do our best to take care of every customer.  We also appreciate customers who give us a chance to look into a complaint.
