Boulder Pines Apartment Community

Me and my roommate *** *** applied in May for these apartmentsIt took them up to weeks for them to verify our employmentThey wanted us to move in for the last week of may which they prorated for an unreasonable price for just being the last weekSo we asked them to start the contract at beginning of the month for July which they had agreed toWe signed the lease on 6/30/and were prorated for that one dayThat same day we went into the apartment to get our things moved in and come to find the apartment was not ready to be moved intoThe carpet had not been changed like the manager stated it would be and also the walls were not painted like they said it would have beenSo we decided to not move our things in quite yet so we left some things in the garage meanwhile and took pictures of what we had left in thereWe let them know of the problem and said they would have that fixedSo waited gave the time two weeks passed and we went into to check to see if it was ready
