I and my regional manager, *** ***, have both spoken with the former resident and the issue has been resolved. She will be refunded her deposit as well as the December rentSince she was not able to enter the home to do the final clean she will not be charged for the make ready of

I can only address the referral fee for the move in at Boulder Ridge in November The other mowas for River Ranch and I can not access their systems/records As explained to Mr*** he will need to contact River Ranch regarding the December referral fee The referral
for Boulder Ridge was received but was on an old form I am working to get approval so the referral free will still be released I have attempted to contact Mr*** on the 17th Mr*** did not answer and it did not go to voicemail There is a process in place that I must follow, starting with getting approval from my supervisor and then getting approval at the corporate level I have received approval from my supervisor and everything has now been sent up to corporate for approvalI hope to have an answer on Monday for Mr***

A check was cut on 2/and mailed from our corporate office to the Boulder Ridge office. Unfortunately, we have not received the check. I have requested that a stop payment be placed on the check and a new check be issued. I have left messages for Mr*** advising that we
are still working to get this issued resolved. As soon as I know that a new check has been issued and mailed I will inform Mr***

I am rejecting this response because:Respondent is not being honest when she said she attemted to contact me on 2/17.  She has never picked up the phone to dial my number.  She is a habitual liar, and had she called my phone it would have rang.  The voicemail would have picked up because its a cell phone.  As previously stated I contacted her on the 17th, and after I was hung up on I called back to which the respondant stated that she was about to call me which means that she had not yet done so..  If she had attempted to call me, she would have told me that when I spoke to her, when I CALLED.  I have pulled my phone records to show my calls to her.  No incoming calls from her.

I have received approval for a $100 referral fee to be paid to Mr. [redacted].  I am awaiting confirmation as to when the check will be sent.
