I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11119830, and while I do not find your response to be entirely truthful, I find that the final resolution is satisfactory to me

We are saddened to hear that Mr*** is still unhappy with our services from 6/26/ Mr*** had tried to repair his well on his own and caused the damage to it. Unfortunately, his lack of experience of how the well was put together caused him to drop two pipes
and a jet package down his well. We used tried and true methods to remove the materials that we knew were down there, however, we were not advised there was other debris down the wellThis debris could of come from when he improperly removed his well seal or from when he attempt to retrieve the dropped pipes from his well. It is a lose loose for both of usMr *** was un happy with the results and so were weWe did discount his bill $when he paid it as he said he was not told that there would be equipment charges for the machinery used to attempt to repair his damageI do take acceptation to Mr*** indicating that we are scammersWe have been in business for years under the same name with thousands of satisfied repeat customersI understand that he has a lot of anger towards this situation, however we were trying to fix a situation that, he caused

We did refund Ms *** money on 6/23/Prior to this complaintWe sent out technicians to the property twice to perform the well testThe first time we discovered Diamond Back rattle snake in the pit where our technicians needed to workWe
informed them we could not put our Technician in Harms way in order to perform her service and the snakes must be removedWe rescheduled and the second time there were still rattle snakes in the pitI did inform Ms *** that there would be addition charges for us to perform the well test now and the snakes would still have to be removedMs *** was very upset by this and demanded that we come back and perform the well test for the original priceAfter several minutes of back and forth I agreed to refund her money but would not perform the testing on her property as the resolution we came to was palatable to me but not sufficient for me to continue to do business with herI have not heard From Ms *** since and frankly I am bewildered that she would file a complaint since she received a full refund

BWW's statement that there were snakes at the well is an absolute lieI was at the well the night before the flow test, and I met the techs at the well for the test itself, which was never completed due to the company's incompetenceAlso there that day was a surveyor and my realtor, both of whom will testify to absolute malarky of the BWW statementI also have documentation of my communications with them, both via email and phoneThere was NOTHING about rattlesnakes in any of these communications from BWWThey did refund my money, but only after I called to inform them that their lack of communication resulted in my filing a complaint with the Revdex.comI have attached a full explanation, compiled at the time of my initial complaint, of my communications and dealings with Boulder Water Well, as well as the only two emails I received from themAgain, there were others at the incomplete flow test who can testify to the fact that there was never anything about snakes, none whatsoever

My apologies, You are correct there were no snakes involved at your propertyThat was totally a mistake on my partI was only aware of one well test that we were not able to completeWhen I brought up the Revdex.com complaint to my staff they all went to snake problem that we had that same week with someone who thought we should be prepared to hand rattle snakesMy sincere apologiesYour case was dramatically different, it was our fault in our communications that we didn't have a pump on the truck as you requested, that being said we had no Idea what pump to bring as the information on the well was limitedIf you were able to get the test done for less that we quoted you from our competitorI would love to see the invoiceI am not sure how anyone could remove and replace a pump and perform a well test for under $As it turned out you had a two pipe jet pump, which we no longer keep in stock as it is out dated technology, The technicians on site were able to get the pump running with some effort, however it no longer was able to pump waterThere were also Issues with your water lines going from the well to the houseI am hopeful that you were able to get everything resolvedI do apologies about the miss communications we had regarding the condition of your system, I do hope you understand, that we did give you a verbal site assessment in the end at no chargeOn Friday 06/19/you called and spoke to *** and *** ask the Accounting department to refund the money in fullWe don't hold on to the credit card information for security reasons, so office manager left a voice message on your phone requesting to provide the credit card number, in order to refund you the money fast, but you never returned the call and she had to go thru the credit card company to receive you credit card information to refundShe put in request for information on Friday and received the information on Tuesday and refunded your credit card on Tuesday 6/23/My apologies for the inconveniences
