Responding to the complainant: When resident was admitted to our community on August ***, 2015, at such time our intake professional verbally explained the two week minimum was an exception to
our policy, which is a standing one month admission, as outlined in the admission agreement and signed by the complainantIt was clearly stated that anything less than the two week trial would be a total loss of the cost and no refunds for this amountComplainant did in fact call the Executive Director and was informed that a return call would be made after the next Board of Directors meeting at such time if an offer could be considered of good faithSubsequently complainant contacted the local politician's office who left messages and vice a versaAs a good faith gesture we are prepared to reimburse $to resolve this issueHoward N***
