hadreceived a Bordatella and a Rabies vaccine, as you can see it looks like an Xin both spotsI have contacted ** ** *** and have been advised that ***wasonly given a Rabies vaccination there and that a second pet names *** was theone that received DHLPP, Rabies, and Bordatella vaccinesI questioned the Xmark on *** (left side of the page) they assure me she was only given aRabies vaccine that dayIf you have any further questions you can contact *** *** at ***.There are some facilities that only require a Rabies vaccine before groomingForthe protection of everyone’s pet me required that all boarding and groomingdogs to be up-to-date on DHLPP, Rabies, and Bordatella.To my knowledge *** has had a rabies on 6/22/good for 1year from that date, and one DHLPP which should not have been given anotherdose weeks later, then dose yearlyShe has not been given Bordatella whichwould require doses, now and repeat in weeksWe can also furnish information/pamphlets to help explain how these vaccines will benefit her petI would beglad to talk with her should she have any other history that needs to beincluded.I agree that this has been a very confusing and complicatedsituation for ** *** and for us as wellIf any of our staff was rude in anyway we certainly apologize it would not be our intent

Review: Everytime I inquire about services such as boarding or groom for my dog, I have issues with this one particular nurse. My dogs shot records are up to date and she continue to states that my dog needs additional services before I can get my dog boarded or groomed. When I ask why, she is very rude/nasty and does not provide an explanation as to why. Her name is [redacted]. I feel that they are trying to scam me into paying them more money for services that aren't required. My dog is 3 years old and never needed multiple vaccinations just to get groomed or boarded prior to me doing business with the particular vet.Desired Settlement: I would like for a supervisor to coach her on her attitude. It is very uncalled for. You should always be pleasant to customers and at least provide an explanation if there's an issue with something. Most of all I would like an apology because I feel very offended. If I am a new client then the policies and procedures should have been explained day one.
