Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/11/03) */ We are writing in response to your Revdex.com (Revdex.com) complaint received October 19, 2015, regarding your inability to make a loan payment on your business loan by using a personal credit card payment option offered by Boulevard Bank As you are aware, one of the available payment options offered by Boulevard Bank, making a loan payment with a personal credit card, was eliminated earlier than originally communicatedDue to an oversight by the third party which provided credit card processing transactions for Boulevard Bank, the date which the service was to be eliminated was inadvertently terminated on October 15th, instead of the planned date of October 17th When we became aware of the early termination, we immediately investigated the issue and unfortunately learned that the termination could not be reversed within any meaningful time frameIf this impacted any borrower's ability to make their contractual loan payments, we took no adverse action against any borrower, providing them whatever additional time was necessary in order to make the payment via an alternative method We were able to determine that your loan was current at all times during the two days of the outage and no late fees, charges or any other action was taken with respect to your commercial loanAlternative payment options remain available to you in order to allow timely payment of your next installment We apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused Sincerely, [redacted] Chief Compliance Officer Boulevard Bank

As you are aware, one of the available payment options offered by Boulevard Bank, making a loan payment with a personal credit card, was eliminated earlier than originally communicated. Due to an oversight by the third party which provided credit card processing transactions for Boulevard Bank, the date which the service was to be eliminated was inadvertently terminated on October 15th, instead of the planned date of October 17th.
When we became aware of the early termination, we immediately investigated the issue and unfortunately learned that the termination could not be reversed within any meaningful time frame. If this impacted any borrower's ability to make their contractual loan payments, we took no adverse action against any borrower, providing them whatever additional time was necessary in order to make the payment via an alternative method.
We were able to determine that your loan was current at all times during the two days of the outage and no late fees, charges or any other action was taken with respect to your commercial loan. Alternative payment options remain available to you in order to allow timely payment of your next installment.
