This company is terrible!!! They are slumlords!!! If you have an issue with something it falls on deaf earsThey are wolves in sheep clothingMy place was infested with German cockroaches and I had to pay to resolve the problemI've had so many terrible experiences with themSo glad I leftThe worst of the worstDO NOT RENT FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Good morning, I own a Chevrolet 2500HD Diesel I have started to bring my vehicle to you Boulevard Buick GMC in Signal Hill for basic services, because the [redacted] dealer down on [redacted] St tries to tell you every time there is something that needs to be fixed; their crooks My regular place that I send my truck is [redacted] in [redacted] BUT I work in Long Beach so itâ s convenient for me to have basic services (non-warranty) done with you folks UNTIL today â ¦ I brought my truck back today; Jan 12, because the alignment I had done on Thursday thier wasnâ t quite right I pulled up about 715am, [redacted] was outside, the service writer, I said good morning ***We went inside; he knew I was bringing it back this morningI wasnâ t with him but mins and some guy with gray hair was next to my truck with his phone taking pics of my VIN# through my windshieldAs I was exiting the service door and walking over to the person who was picking me upI stopped and looked at this guy, then looked back at the service people and [redacted] and the other guy just smiledThen I said, excuse me what are you doing, thatâ s my truckI again said excuse me, that is my truck The guy walked over and said he works for the dealership and they take pictures of vehicles they are interested in buying (without asking me) I said NO Iâ m NOT INTERESTED at this time [redacted] came out to get the mileage and I walked off and this guy was over getting that info from *** I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER I do not come to a dealership for a service to have my vehicle get accosted by someoneAs far as I am concerned I have no idea if this person has gotten in my vehicle, looked around in it ect THIS IS MY VEHICLE AND I DO NOT GIVE ANYONE PERMISSION TO GET INTO MY VEHICLE BUT THE SERVICE EMPLOYEE AND THE TECHNICIANAS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED I DONâ T FEEL I CAN TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP ANYMORE Its bad enough that sales people pounce on you as soon as you open your car door, BUT now you canâ t even drop your vehicle off for a service without your vehicle being accostedThis is totally wrong Instead this person should have come up, introduced himself, said what is job is and then I could have said â I am sorry I am not interestedâ and at that point leave my vehicle alone ! This new sales tactic is unacceptable and that is what it is, a new sales tactic !! ***

YES, TARHEEL DID REPLACE HVAC, HOWEVER I HAD TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY !!! Trust me DO NOT RENT FROM TARHEEL BIGGEST MISTAKEI moved out, thank GOD! It's a good thing they did destroy my lease, however I believe that is illegalWhich, words like illegal, unethical, not right, wrong, those are all associated with this company! Thank God the town of [redacted] was made aware of issue in crawl space issue with mold and standing waterSounds like they have taken action I believe other tenants are standing their ground as well

They do not care about there renter and I have suffered for five days for something as small as ACNo one cares that I have breathing promblems and I pay a month for comments like you pay for rent not ACWell I guess I just suffer like a dog
