Review: I ordered flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend for our anniversary 3 days in advance online, but did not get a confirmation. At opening the next day I came into the store to see if my order had gone through. There were papers/orders all over the counter in no particular order and it just looked like a huge mess. The girl said, "I'm not sure, I don't know how to use the computer, so I'll have to wait until my brother gets here and he'll call you. But in the mean time, show me what you ordered and I'll arrange it for you." She had me scroll through their website to show her which bouquet it was that I ordered, because she is computer illiterate and doesn't even know how to navigate through their own website. I show her, then she says "OK, I'll actually make it better for you.... I'll replace the carnations with roses..." etc. etc. She took down my name and number and put it right into the pile of a mess of other orders and I left. Later that day I got a call from her brother and he sounded rushed saying they got my order online and my paypal payment went through and that everything was going to go as planned. I then told him where and when exactly the delivery was supposed to happen he assured me it would be fine. The morning of the day the flowers were to be delivered, I call once more and tell them who I am. He says he remembers me and I give him SPECIFIC directions once more asking if everything will be in order and go as planned. He assures me once more that everything is good..... I go through my day expecting a call or text from my girlfriend thanking me for the flowers. At the end of the day I ask her if anything was delivered and she says no. Not only were the flowers NOT delivered, I ruined the surprise and did not have the flowers for her on the special day.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, free flowers and delivery, and I would also like for this business to change the way they run their store. After reading their reviews, I am not the first customer they have done this to.
