On August 14, 2015 I went into Boulevard Garage to get my car that was towed. I expressed to the man working at the desk that I was going to make an effort to get my $140 back and speak to my lawyer. Right away he gave me trouble and began to harass me. I expressed frustration for getting my car towed and he stated "what're you just mad because we towed your car?" I stated "wouldn't you be?" He then began to insult my intelligence by saying "apparently your not that smart" w for parking my car in an apparent tow zone. His tone was very combative as he stated "how do you think you are going to do that? Everybody says they are going to fight it and they never get their money back". He went as far as to make comments on my appearance stating "you need a haircut". The man mocked the idea of me getting my money back as I asked for my receipt. He responded "why? so you can use it for your lawyer?". At this this point, I asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me, at first. Then the man stated his name was "Bill [redacted]" I wrote the name down and this is when he said "by the way that's not my real name. Its none of your business". I was on the phone with my wife as I got into my car that was in the lot about 50 yards away from his office, he continued the harassment by yelling "is that your lawyer on the phone?" and condescendingly said "have a nice weekend". I have never felt so harassed and uncomfortable. This man lied to me, mocked me, and made personal comments against me. I don't have his name (because he wouldn't give it to me), but he is probably in his 40s and had short hair with a touch of grey in it. He had goatee. I hope this guy gets looked into and should be without a job.

Boulevard Towing Company unsatisfied Service AND UNPROPERLY HANDLING THE TOWING PROCEDURE.July 17, 2015[redacted] Street[redacted] MA XXXXXCell: XXX-XXX-XXXXBoulevard Towing[redacted] - [redacted] Street[redacted] MA XXXXXBusiness: XXX-XXX-XXXXDear Boulevard Towing,On July 16, 2015 at around 7:15pm your company claims that my vehicle was park illegally in an unauthorized towed zone from Millbury street Worcester, Ma. Your company has cause damages to the car (2012 [redacted] c300) during the towed process.Unfortunately, your service has not performed well during the process of towing. I am disappointed because your company and un-behavior staff didn't follow the proper procedure of towing a car properly. There are no sign in the street for the vehicle to be towed. To resolve this problem I believe your company should refund and repair the vehicle ASAP. I am requesting proof that I have violated the parking rules, proof of the towing, contacted police department, pictures, etc.I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem within 30 days. Sincerely,[redacted]Desired SettlementPlease help me in this matter if you need more info please contact me at XXXXXXXXXX or emaIL [redacted]@LIVE.COM THANK YOUBusiness Response Mr.[redacted] car was towed from the private lot used by the [redacted] at [redacted] Street. Formerly [redacted] of [redacted] The [redacted] and the property owner Mr. [redacted] have given us permission with instructions when to tow cars from their lot. See attached authorization. Mr. [redacted] was parked there on a Thursday evening when no cars should be there. See also the 4 posted signs that are on both sides of the bldg. and tree on the property. All trespass tows are reported to WPD Bureau of Records as soon as the car is brought to the impound. See Fax. The car was towed with a wheel lift and dollies due to the Make and Model of the car. We showed the video to the customer of the car being towed from our surveillance cameras and explained the principal of how the car does not touch the ground using wheel lift and dollies and it is transported similar to a flat bed tow. There is no steep angles from lifting or placing the dollies onto the wheels. You can see this on the video. The damage that Mr. [redacted] is claiming is a scratch on the center of his bumper. The tow truck or equipment does not come in contact with that part of the car. The wheels are the only point of contact made when towing. The car was picked up with dollies on the front (where to scratch is) and the wheel lift on the back. The truck never made contact with the car. Mr. [redacted] put a claim in with [redacted] the evening of 16th at 10:00 pm prior to even taking control or possession of the car from us. He picked up the car the following morning and viewed the video of the car being towed. Further, according to [redacted] Mr. [redacted] is not the registered owner of the car but he and Ms. [redacted] had control and possession of the car the evening in question. Boulevard Towing had permission to tow the car from the property and the driver was sufficiently notified with posted signs. Notice was also given to WPD. The car was properly towed and not damaged while in our control. Therefore, there will be no refund given to the customer. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I am not accepting the correspondence from the Boulevard Towing because they violated the rules that they are claiming they follow on that date. The parking lot belongs to [redacted] from my understanding were the car was parked that day. [redacted] of [redacted] no longer is the owner of the parking lot neither a [redacted] that they are claiming to be. There were no signs there that day. The next day we drove by there and there was cars parked there that night and new signs the company put on a tree, is this LEGAL? The damages on the car was due to the towing on the car. The front lower bumber of the car was damaged by the towing company which is recently a new car to us from the dealership. I received a letter from WPD 5 days later which it tells me after my complaint was made the company contacted them to cover them self's, since that day one of your staff said if we were to made a complain which we did they weren't going to do anything. The complain was made that night of the damages which staff agree they did to the [redacted]. When I when to pick up the car that night couples min later they informed me to take the car to the Body Shop you guys have down the road to fix the damages made by the boulevard towing. They didn't even know who's name the car was under and they had me leave the property. So, How is it that they contacted WPD the same day? Where is the prove from City of Worcester of who is the Owner of the property? Is it [redacted] of [redacted] or City of Worcester? I need more proof to resolve this issue. I am still requesting Refund and to Fix the Damages on the 2012 [redacted] C-300 and for Emotional Damages you guys cause. I was called a MN and other words by your STAFF which is unappropriated to do. Thank You Final Business Response With regards to the property. We have not been notified here that the property changed ownership or management. Our agreement as you saw on the submitted documents is with the [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] Certain times and days they tow and others they do not. The signs have been up on the tree for at least two years now and are not new. The letter you received from the City of Worcester is an automatically computer generated letter that is sent over to the last registered owner of any car that has been towed for a private property/trespass tow. The faxes and letters are processed by the WPD bureau of Records and he can verify that if need be. They can tell you we sent the fax over that evening and the letter got to him a few days later. The city of Worcester verifies all ownership of properties also. The car damages have already been addressed previously. I apologize if someone called you a name but I do believe after speaking with two of my employees there was a verbal exchange of words and you also participated in. In appropriate on both parties. You threatened my staff with legal action. Told him you worked for the State and had "mad connections at the courthouse and we would be sorry." We have responded appropriately here in this forum and to your insurance company. I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our response but you were on private property and the owner was within his rights to remove the unauthorized vehicle by hiring us to do so that evening.

Thank you for looking into this matter.[redacted]Boulevard Towing550 Franklin St01604Business' Initial Response Dear Sir,You did not indicate what kind of car was towed but I believe it is a Blue Honda Accord. I pulled a tow slip with your name on it. You recently called and asked about your car and why it was towed. It was explained to you at that time that it was towed on 02/09/13 not January. It was an authorized tow requested by the [redacted]. at White City in Shrewsbury, MA They were clearing the lots to plow during a snow storm and your car was never moved. It is their right to authorize a car be removed off of private property. They called us to remove it and tow it to the impound. The tow was $90. with a $5.00 fuel surcharge and $35.00 a day storage that began on 02/09/13. As of today your total owed is $3140.00 We have provided a service requested by a [redacted] within his rights to remove an unauthorizd vehicle. You waited over two months to make any kind of attempt to release your car from impound and that is why the towing and storage is so high.

my car was towed by them, rude office staff, damage to my vehicle and it was released to someone other than me who is the ONLY owner of the vehicle my car was towed out of visitor parking at washington heights in worcester mass on tuesday june 24 while I was at work. I called them to get information as to why it was towed they told me I was one spot outside of the visitor parking and they had pictures to prove it. I never saw these "pictures" when I went to picke up my car. I could not find the tow lot called to get directions they wouldnt not give them to me just told me they were located between plantation st and Grafton st in Worcester and hung up my friend had to call back and ask for direction which they did the same thing to him he had to tell the lady he asked her a question. they released my car to a person with out a drivers license who does not own my car and is not on the title or registration or even the insurance, the person who my car was released to doesnt even have the same address as me. I was never required to prove I was who I said I was they could of released my car to any joe smoe and been none the wiser, on top of the males in the office staring at me in a threatening mannor and giving me dirty looks due to I was quit upset when I called the first time and got no real answers as to why my car was towed out of VISITOR parking where I was advised to park by a tenant of the facility. when I got my car back there was damage to it on the right hand side a dent and my car is all around acting funny, front end is shaking bad and something is leaking these were not issue before they touched my car, due to the lack of customer service skills there and the demeaning / threatening nature office staff I will not call and complain or try to get them to fix the damages nor am I interested in them further destroying my car, it may not be new but its mine and its all I haveDesired SettlementI'd like my 140 dollars back that I paid for a tow that shouldnt of happened in the first place, id also like the Revdex.com to be aware of the fact that they are giving a company an a+ that does not deserve it,Im not the first person to encounter issues with this business however they have managed to bully a few people into not making complaints cause they are a major towing company in worcester, also they to be more cautious given out peoples cars.I never once proved I was the owner of that vehicle and they are lucky the person they released it to was infact my [redacted] which they also had no way of knowingBusiness Response Ms. [redacted] parked in an area to the right of the visitors parking as indicated in our photos. Even if she did park in the visitors spot she failed to check in at the main office at Washington Heights to obtain a Visitors Pass. The client she visited or her agency should have advised her to get a pass. I believe they may have a sign posted there on the property as well but she would have to check with WH management. WH management has asked us to tow any cars without a valid residents or visitors pass. We send a photo of each car towed to them. (She never asked to see the photos when she came in. She didn't speak other than to say what kind of car she had.) Miss [redacted] called several times to ask why her car was towed and several attempts were made to explain but she continued to curse and be verbally abusive to me each time we spoke. She then had her client call and do the same to us. A few hours later a young man called and was polite and asked were the office was. I gave him directions and they both showed up here a short time later. They both were present in the office when she came in and said she was here to pick up an Olds Alero. She was wearing scrubs and asked for the car from WH towed earlier. Her friend stated her purse was in the car and I explained to her that I could take her friends ID so she wouldn't have to go out to the lot and back. You can see from the tow/release slip that they are neighbors. As far as damage to her car. My driver noted that the car was older and had some scratches and prev. dings etc. But nothing major. She went to the lot picked up the car drove away and never mentioned that day or any other that there was a problem with the vehicle. The car was towed with a tow truck that simply picks up the car by the tires. Grabs the tires and goes. Miss [redacted] was rude and uncooperative and very angry that her car was towed. She made an honest mistake and received bad information about where to park when visiting this location. The property manager was well within their rights to call us remove her unauthorized vehicle and therefore a refund will not be given. I am emailing a photo of the car and the release slip to [redacted]@cne.Revdex.com.org for your review.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This whole response is very inaccurate. My client never contacted this business and if she did it was by her own free will however I'm pretty poaitige the client was not aware of the situation due to I did not inform her, I called the agency I work for and my employer did call and I highly doubt they were rude considering its a coperation that makes there money off of customer service and interpersonal skill, also there were many people in the office with my employer at that time that could refute these claims. I myself yes was very angry and yes of course had quite an attitude however that was after I was told they had towed others from my company and would do it again in a very self righteous attitude. I find it hard to believe that I'm the first person to be less happy when calling to get information on a towed vechile. I called back because I was repeatedly hung up on, and when I asked to speak to the owner I was told no. And if the car was towed by being pulled by its front wheels my question is this does the car not need to be put in neutral to allow the tires to rotate, how was that accomplished when boulvard did not have keys to my vechile? And yes my boyfriend took pictures of the damage to my vechile and we left it was not till later that day that my car started shaking and no I didnt call them to complain it wouldnt of gotten me anywhere but hung up on and more annoyed with this situation. Also How do these people know that my boyfriend who picked up the car was my neighbor when the never saw any identification providing my actual address? Or proof of ownership of the vechile, Just because I showed up in scrubs means I'm [redacted]? Any person can wear scrubs. I didn't say much when I came to get my car due to the hostile enviroment I was in it wae very uncomfortable!as they were banging on windows and yelling at people and giving me looks that could kill the males in that office were acting in a very confrontational way. The picture should have been provided weather I asked for.it or not I too have a picture of my car parked in VISITOR parking. My car yes has ding and scratches to it how ever it did not have a dent on the rear ( which I have already had popped back out) or the plastic piece hanging off of the pass [redacted] when it was parked at wh. And now I'm having notices sent to me by worcester pd telling me my car has not been picked up so I'm incurring more storage fees this is because they released the car to someone who does not own the car Final Business Response Sorry for the late response. I have been on vacation for the past 2 weeks and just received the customers response. Not sure what else to say in response to Ms [redacted]'s response other than yes she was hung up on and I explained why. Her cursing was offensive and I further explained to her that if she was calm and civil I would be happy to speak to her. Of course people are upset when they miss a no parking sign etc. We anticipate that and try to be as understanding as possible. But rude and offensive language is unacceptable. She initiated that and repeated it in several calls to us. I personally spoke to her at least 2 or 3 times. No one else dealt with her and her neighbor when they came to pick up her car. As explained previously. We knew if was her that was coming to pick up the car because of all the things she said to me on the phone. "her purse was in the car." "She was visiting a client" etc. She was the only visitor parked there that day without a pass [redacted] was towed. She came in wearing nurses scrubs. Her friend presented his ID as and it's her neighbor according to her address on the Revdex.com complaint. Of course it's her car. We don't release cars to unauthorized parties. It did not take much to deduce that it was her car that was being picked up. So her point is moot. I personally did not witness any banging on windows as she claims or nay being rude to her. As far as her damage claim is concerned we will not take any responsibility for scratches or dings on her doors or otherwise. The cars are picked up by their wheels with a self loader and the lift never comes near the frame or body of the car. It isn't necessary to put a car like Ms. [redacted] in neutral. There was prior damage and dings on her doors etc noted by our driver. The condition of the car overall was not well maintained in general. The letter that she received from the City of Worcester is generated automatically and is a courtesy to the registered owner to notify them that their car had been towed and where it would be in case they were not aware of it being towed. Every car we tow is reported to the Worcester Police for them to record. If she picked up the car that day then she is not accumulating any fees. The fact remains that Ms. [redacted] parked on private property and did not have authority to do so (NO VISITORS PASS) and was towed at the property owners authorization and request. Her fee will not be returned to her. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This whole situation is outrageous. I knew going into this there would be zero accountiablitiy taken by boulevard towing just look at other websites and customer complaints that have been made. I have multiple time owned up to my own bad behaviour yes I was angry that I was towed out of visitor parking while doing my job I have pictures of where ky car was parked which was directly right infront of the vistor parking sign. I asked.to speak to someone else cause the."manager" attitude was less than to be desired and mayne if.I spoke to someone else my attitude would.have improved, and when I rid call back and did not swear and was polite and asked.for directions I was tokd they were between grafton and plantation st and hung up on that's a large area to be searching threw when I have elderly clients to service who were already waiting while this whole fieasco was going on. My car yes had scratches and dings prior to this incident however it did not have dents the size of basketballs or brkoen parts or issues with the running of the vechiles but why would boulevard take responsibility for damaging my vechile they wont take responsibility for being rude or for releasing it to and improper person. There was no way the office staff could.of.known the person they released my car to was any neighborhood of mine ect cause they had no way of knowing my address untill I provided it in this complaint, just because someone shows up in scrubs does not make it legal proof I'm not sure if your aware or.not but any ol joe can purchase a pair of scrubs at your local walmart with no proof of who you are of that you are infact a medical worker. So unless someone in yoir office is psychic you still released a car to an unlicensed uninsured none owner of a vechile with no proof of any type of relationwhip or proof I was who I said I was. Its bad business and the day you do it and get sued maybe you will then underatand why I made the stink I did but I highly doubt it as I can see your inflated ego and.pompous attitude keepes you from seeing the logic behind this. I dont require a response I'm all set with this situation your not going to do anything to right the wrong you have done and this is just and irratation I don't need to be futher bother with

I hope this guy gets looked into and should be without a job.

my car was towed by them, rude office staff, damage to my vehicle and it was released to someone other than me who is the ONLY owner of the vehicle my car was towed out of visitor parking at washington heights in worcester mass on tuesday june 24 while I was at work. Dear Revdex.com, My car was towed away in January 2013 from White City in Shrewsbury. The business that did that is Boulavard Towing. There address is listed below. they refuse to let me have my car, they said I owe them 3,300 dollars.
