He purchased this vehicle AS IS on 4/7/14. He came back to our lot on the 16th saying that the Check
Engine light went on, We told him that if he leaves the car, we will fix it for him. He said he wasn't able
to leave the car at that moment. So we offered him a full...

refund on the vehicle. He declined and said
that his father would drop off the car later. Then he called and. said he wanted his own mechanic to fix
this. Next day he called and told us that his mechanic said that the timing belt needs to be changed and
estimated a cost of $250. So we agreed to give him a check for $200. He agreed and cashed the check on
the 17th. Our cars are legally Inspected and timing belts are maintenance and not part of an inspection.
Furthermore you are welcome to take the car to your own mechanic before purchasing the vehicle.
