Hello, I have a case open already, the complaint # [redacted] I have not heard from any one yetThe reason why I'm emailing today isabout days ago I received a letter in the mail from the *** of [redacted] Stating that I have issues with the title of this vehicle ( [redacted] )I guess the paperwork wasn't filled out properlyNow I'm having trouble with thatI stated in the complaint that I found out that the person who did the paperwork did not worked in the officeIt was one of the sales person wifeThe dealership is ignoring meNow I have another problem in my hands, besides my car not being fixedNow I'm lost without a car and the whole amount I paid for itI had to get into a car payment that I really can not afford because of the issue of being left without a vehicleMy husband is the only one workingMy rent is $not to mention all the bills he haves to payI don't know what else to do! this vehicle (2007 [redacted]). I guess the paperwork wasn't filled out properly. Now I'm having trouble with that. I stated in the complaint that I found out that the person who did the paperwork did not worked in the office. It was one of the sales person wife. The dealership is ignoring me.. Now I have another problem in my hands, besides my car not being fixed. Now I'm lost without a car and the whole amount I paid for it. I had to get into a car payment that I really can not afford because of the issue of being left without a vehicle. My husband is the only one working. My rent is $1300 not to mention all the bills he haves to pay. I don't know what else to do! It's become a nightmare.. Can you guys please help me..

Review: am writing to you in hopes that you will be able to take on my case. I recently purchased a 2008 [redacted] on 2/24/15 from an auto dealer named [redacted] with a finance company named [redacted]. The down payment which is indicated was $5500 and the first payment was scheduled to be paid on 4/10/15. I was unable to make the initial first payment by the date due so I called and informed the finance company of that fact and in returned gave the date in which the payment would be received (5/1/15) and they stated the car would then be disabled until payment was made. I called back on 5/1/15 which is the date the payment was to be collected and they then informed me that the finance company rejected my application and to refer back to the dealership. The repossession truck came on 5/1/15 to my home to repossess the car when at that time the loan was only out by 21 days not even a full month. When contacting the dealership I spoke with [redacted] who stated I am not eligible to receive my down payment back and that’s the way the business goes. I am distraught for I need a vehicle for work purposes and being two weeks late for a payment doesn’t qualify for repossession. Even [redacted] stated that repossession occurs after the third missed payment. I haven’t even had the chance to make one yet. The payment is still in my possession as it was on 5/1/15 when the dealership and the finance company refused to take it. Please advise.oDesired Settlement: I want my down payment back period. Their business Is a complete yo-yo company and no good will come from scamming people out of their money!

Review: I was wondering if you can please help us! I had bought a 2007 [redacted] for the amount of $12500 on July 3...From Boulevard Motors in [redacted]. The guy that sold us the vehicle made it seem like he was the owner of the dealer ship. He told me that they had done a lot of mechanical work on the vehicle and one of the item he mention was a oil gas kit on the engine. We did the paper work, I paid him he puts the whole amount in his pocket. His wife was the one filing the paperwork for him. I get a call later on from someone in their office saying they needed my social number because the lady that did the paperwork don't work in the office and they needed it. The morning of the 4th of July the Check engine light was on along with the gas cap light. I brought my car to the state inspection station in my state on the 10th of July (I live in [redacted]) the inspector told me that they have cleared the codes, that's why it pop up the next day. I asked why not the day I bought it. He told me because the computer haves to have a certain amount of miles for the code to pop back up after clearing it. The inspector told me to bring the vehicle back, after he gets back from he's vacation so he can get a better look at the problem. Well a week later I was driving down the highway and the vehicle breaks down on me. My husband looks under the vehicle and where the gas kit is, is a big whole the size of a soft ball!! oil was leaking everywhere!! We get it towed to the [redacted] dealer.. We texted the guy that sold us the car and told him what happen. The guy tells me oh I can't do nothing about it I'm just a sales person. So I go to him well I bought the car from you and I seen you put the whole amount of money in your pocket! I would like to speak to the owner then. He goes, well he will call you on a Monday at the business hours. So the owner calls us on Monday and tells my husband oh I'm not paying for it! Nothing was wrong with the vehicle we drove it 300 miles and nothing happen. My husband told him we only had the vehicle for 3 weeks and drove it for 2 weeks because we didn't register it until a week later. That the engine blew because there mechanic over tighten the gas kit and put a crack in it so it blew. My husband also told him yeah and we have proof that you guys cleared the codes on it. The owner of the dealer said oh we didn't do that and prove it. And take me to court! I'm not paying for nothing! My husband is the only one working right now I have 3 kids of my own and just got custody of my nephew. Now we left with out a vehicle. I don't think it's right that a dealership can do that to us.. Even clearing codes on there vehicle and selling it. Can you PLEASE HELP MY FAMILY. I don't know what else to do. Sincerely,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I have my [redacted] at the [redacted] Dealer for a almost a month now.. They are waiting to get the heads up on fixing it.. It cost $6000 to put an rebuilt engine in my [redacted], that also includes the labor cost. As I gave Boulevard Motors the option to do the right thing by fixing it. They choice was to not fix it and ignore me for a almost a month now. I was wondering if Revdex.com can help us have them pay for the engine cost and labor cost. Please help us
